Honest Review
Staff appeared in a state of confusion, almost like it was their first day on the job. Bellmen were scarce, rarely at their desk.

For a weekend stay, not welcoming
The Intercontinental Hotel was not satisfactory to my needs. Since my trip was a very short one I was expecting faster service especially when checking in and out. The check out took about 20 minutes. My room was not vacumed each day! I will not be using the Intercontinental in Montreal again.

Expensive but nice
Great location, near many bars and clubs. The rooms are very nice but the price is a bit high for what you get. 4 out of 5 stars.
