Short Getaway
This was a great hotel. The amenities are very overpriced however, such a parking and room service compared to other hotels in the area. but the room rate was very good - will defintely stay there again without using certain amenities!

Lovely Hotel in the Heart of Montreal
The hotel was very clean and upscale from the moment we walk in. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Our room was very roomy and clean with a great attention to detail and convenience. The room was newly refurbished with a very streamlined appearance. There was a smart desk that was very well equiped for our netbook and iPad which we brought along with us. The bathroom had Philosophy bath products. The shower had a choice of a hand held sprayer or a rainfall which was a nice touch. There was also plenty of storage space in both the bathroom and bedroom for everything we brought with us. We had less than a five minute walk to the Metro stop and we could also walk to the corner to catch a bus if we wanted to. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I went back to Montreal!

Short walk from hotel
I loved the short walk that we had to MBurger on Drummond Street. We were in Montreal and ate there twice as we loved the food and the value for our money.

Delta was ok
Location is Downtown , but not the best area in downtown. When we got to our room the room smelled fresh paint , it was bad. I heard the hotel is going to renovations, that could b a reason. It was an ok hotel for the money that we paid for.

Business stay
I stayed 2 nights on business trip. The acceptable: Construction noise will wake you up at 6 am, water might be off and on, carpet and furniture need to be upgraded and so on... Individual in-room heating units are noisy, so to keep the room warm it must be running a lot, thus going to sleep is a challenge. Bed is very comfortable! Unacceptable: Internet service, which was mostly off than on, though Internet fee was waived by friendly front-desk, internet access was very critical for me and I did not have it. Unless you can stay without constant internet access it is worth the price considering the location.

Very friendly staff
A minus inconvenience with the room heater but they gave us a very nice upgrade with no extra charges. The parking is a bit expensive but doable, would be great if it was included. We traveled with our dog. No issues about it.
