very very good. convenient location. becuase it's the more economical hotel in the area, you do get lots of college/high school stays aka noisy drunk rooms. However, it doesn't bother me but just fyi.

Bilingual front desk staff, clean hotel and easy access from and to airport
Although the room is small, it is clean and well-kept, The front desk staff members I encountered were friendly and bilingual. For non-franco hotel guests, it is a plus. Bus stops to the airport is one block away from the hotel, and thus it becomes easy access from and to the airport.

One night
hotel was clean and comfortable for one night. The room was small for 2 people but the price was right. After all, we did not spend much time in the room so it was perfectly acceptable. Great location!

We booked two rooms: a queen-size bed in the first and two double-beds in the second. The first room was crammed. Hardly any moving space. The second room was well worth the difference in cost. It was way roomier and comfortable. Location of the hotel is the best feature with ample parking across the street at a reasonable cost.

Long walk from hotel
Shopping on St. Catherine Street is a mere block away. Breakfast right downstairs at Cora's and dinner at Baton Rouge, less than 10 minute walk.

Convenient city centre location
Very well placed in Montreal city centre. The staff were very polite, they bent over backwards to direct and answer questions. My only criticism is that the bed was a bit lumpy. A rate that included breakfast would have been appreciated.
