This hotel feels like home away from home. The concierge and diner downstairs can be pretty hard to get a hold of on the phone but customer service over all was great. The front desk person even waived my late check out fee!

Home away from home
This hotels has an amazing front desk staff that are absolute pleasures and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, even waiving a late check out fee. Though it's nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone from your room (from the concierge to the Thompson Diner) the minor inconvenience was hardly to be counted against the great service and courtesy that was extended once contact was made.

Very nice modern hotel
I'll definitely stay at this hotel again. It's very nicely done and a big upgrade over chain hotels. Clean, modern, and a good value.

Ambiance was great but when calling down to the diner or concierge the phone rang multiple times before anyone picked up. I also had to be transferred several times and was surprised to find out that ice had to be delivered to my room and I could not get it on my own.

Super girls' weekend
As one of few hotels with double beds, it was the perfect spot for a girls getaway. Nearby fabulous restaurants, bars, and a spa and gym (and indoor/outdoor roofbar!) on site. Staff was great and made it fun for us. Expensive wifi was the only drawback.
