Good deal on waterfront
Everything about this hotel was really great. The staff was great (except for the service people who never came to fix the blinds after a few days), the service was great, everyone friendly. The location was perfect being on the Harbourfront as well. Overall it was a great deal.

Amazing place to stay right in Downtown
We found this hotel at the last minute [...] and when we pulled up I already knew I got more than I paid for. The hotel is located right on harbour front and had a very luxurious feel when I drove into the valet parking driveway. The building itself is quite classy but glamorous at the same time and the staff made me feel welcome as soon as my window rolled down. As soon as we entered our room, we looked onto a beautiful view of the lake as well as downtown (we were in a corner room on the 20th floor) . The room looked modern and well designed with a really comfortable bed (and I have a bad rotator cuff). Usually I use my own soap/shampoo but the products provided with the room were better than what you'd expect. I love to travel or having a night out in the city and this place can definitely help make it one to remember.

Need a great place for R & R?
The location on the lakefront provided a serene, restful atmosphere in this large hotel. Ideal location to be in the middle of the action without disturbing ur serenity. I`ll certainly stay there again.

Excellent location
Location was very good. Room was clean and comfortable however the bathroom had not been cleaned (pubic hair in bath and floor) and no towels available. Called operator and this was rectified.

Very nice hotel on the lake
The hotel had some great views of the Harbour, the rooms were clean, reasonable rates for a downtown hotel. Just keep in mind that it's at least a 1km walk to get to a majority of the restaurants in the area.

Lukewarm feelings
We used the Hot tub while at the hotel. The Tub was not heated and the engineers could not turn the heat up. The rooms were nice and the veiws were beautiful. The Staff were very helpful and made you feel welcome.

Great location, beautiful room
The room was beautiful. The only problem was that it smelled a bit of smoke. I don't think anyone smoked in the room recently, as I know the hotel is now non-smoking, but you could still smell it from before.

Short walk from hotel
Make sure to visit the Toronto Islands. It is a short ferry/water taxi ride from the hotel and it is a beautiful location. I would suggest to rent a bike and explore all the island has to offer, including riding amoung the beautiful houses on the island. I'm so glad we did it!

Check out local tour operators for sightseeing packages,they tend to be much cheaper than hotel operated tours. (unless you want the convenience and comfort of being picked-up at the hotel). Also try out the public transports (bus and trains) instead of renting a car. Its much cheaper and easier to move around downtown area.
