But while the thrum of the streets is fast-paced and exciting, guests find a refuge of tranquility inside the hotel. After a day of meetings, shopping or sightseeing, relax with friends and colleagues at one of the hotel's award-winning restaurants. Or soak in an in-suite whirlpool tub and order dinner in.

good and conveniently located hotel

This was a very decent hotel for the money. Not luxurious, but good quality. Location is convenient - a couple of blocks from the downtown center. I would recommend it for a business traveler.

Great Location

The hotel is in a great location. Stayed there while in the city for a work commitment. Lobby is nice but room is small and out of date. Nothing bad, but nothing exceptional.

Great location, lousy bed.

wonderful location; we were in town to see a performance at the Four Seasons Center, and it was an easy walk from this hotel. We at the hotel restaurant. Food was good, and the experience was pleasant. However, the bed was very soft, no support at all. We suffered considerable back pain the following day.

Couple getaway

Average hotel, unfortunately the pricing does not reflect the amenities. As written by other reviewers, the room is dated and small. Bulky tv with a remote that needed new batteries. Don't be fooled by the pictures. "Facilities fees" include Internet and are charged extra. However, the connection was spotty as they only had routers on some levels not others. Location is good, close to dundas and yonge but can feel dangerous at night, especially for women traveling alone. For a little extra, I could have stayed at a better known hotel where the amenities are modern.

Decent hotel in great location

The hotel was perfectly adequate. Nothing to rave about, but nothing special either. It's in a great central location, and for the value you can't beat that.

Business night away

Stains on carpet, broken cupboards re-painted brown to "match" wood pattern. Definitely not worth the price.

Great location

The hotel is located a block away from Dundas Square and the Eaton Centre, not a far walk to the Entertainment District. The sheets and towels were extremely clean and the staff was accommodating. Overall great experience!
