    Fantastic family getaway

My family of 3 stayed at the downtown Holiday inn for 3 nights. We had a comfortable stay and must say the location is great. The tour buses park right outside the hotel, parking is also convenient and we saw plfnyly of restaurants and a movie theater around us. Staff was friendly, concierge was helpful and overall everything was good. The room was a bit cramped since we had 2 Queen beds. The nearby food store Leblows was awesome! Good choice of hotel

    Quick overnighter

Hotel was good although next time I would look to get a room away from the elevator. Location is well suited to transit and food and the hotel itself was very accomodating. I would stay here again if I were to do another trip like this. A very good deal! The only thing I found was the room was a little small, but comfortable nonetheless.

    Nice facilities - hidden charges...

The room was fine, but the two bed type they gave me, had small beds. Otherwise, everything was there, the housekeeping was perfect, the room service accurate. The breakfast buffet was average and expensive. I have bought a calling card to use from my room, to call in Europe and in the US. They wanted to charge me 1 dollar, for every time i called the FREE of charge 1-800 phone number, without anyone to inform before i use it, about 40 dollars!!! Finally they charged me only... half of it! I find it unacceptable...
