incompetent and bad staffs

Travellers must verify their credit card accounts as soon as possible after staying in Hilton Toronto Hotel. Hilton Toronto charged twice and overcharged from my credit card account. Be careful!

Nice, Clean, Great location

I was here for a conference recently, and found the hotel to be clean, comfortable and convenient. The staff were very efficient and helpful, and I slept very well the whole time I was staying here. I found several great restaurants nearby, including a delicious Thai restaurant (check Yelp).

Awesome Hotel!

This hotel was awesome and would recommend it to people of all ages. The concierge and hotel staff were all professional, personable and informative. The location was amazing- in Downtown Toronto within walking distance to the CN Tower, Hockey Hall of Fame, Air Canada Center, and Rogers Center. No cabs needed here! The only issue was that I traveled to Toronto for a bachelor party and we had a large 12-passanger van that was difficult to find parking for due to the height. The hotel didn't have outside parking. The hotel has a few nice restaurants including Ruth's Chris which we enjoyed. The gym and pool were clean and updated. The pool is actually both indoors and outdoors- first time I've ever seen this! There is also a sauna which we enjoyed. Overall, it was a great experience and for the price of the hotel rooms, I would most definitely travel back to Toronto and use the Hilton Toronto again!

Why no WiFi for Silver customers

I didn't get the King Bed room what I wanted and what's in my regular customer profile. But biggest disappointment was that I didn't get the WiFi either.

Really nice hotel, a keeper

The kids really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool. We all thought the food from the hotel was really good and reasonable. They location was great and the beds were extra comfortable. Only improvement for us would be if it allowed pets.

perfect central location

My son and I stayed at the hotel to attend winterlicious. The location was perfect in heart of things and easy access to public transit. The concierge was most helpful with reservations and directions. The room was comfortable and clean. Did not like the feather pillows. They need to have alternate pillows in the room for people with feather allergies. Very satistied with the hotel.
