Both Hotel and location were great

Hotel was located within walking distance to all. Rooms were very nice and clean. Pool was very cool as it was an indoor outdoor pool. It was 50 outside but you couldn't tell while swimming in the heated pool.

Luxury and great location

I'm a Hilton girl but have tended to shy away from the main Hilton hotels vs. the smaller associated chains such as Hilton Garden Inn. This one is lovely and modern, and it's downtown with access to all the big Toronto-based companies.

Time-saving tip: Not Applicable

Don't forget the underground walkways in downtown Toronto. You don't have to worry as much about what to pack for inclement weather when you can walk from building to building in comfort.

Great stay!

For the price I was able to get the room at, this was a pleasant experience. The room was very spacious with a great view. The layout was just great in general. If I had to criticize, the walls may have been a bit thin but that's being super nit-picky. Other than that, I'd definitely aim to stay at the Hilton Toronto again.

Grreat Location

We had a newly remodeled room with a fantastic view and access to the executive lounge where we enjoyed fantastic service, a nice breakfast and food & drinks in the evening. The staff was very friendly and service was great. It was in a fantastic location downtown and close to everything.

one night business trip

I chose it based on its proximity to businesses I was visiting. My check-in process was smooth, and they gave me a room that avoided construction renovations at the hotel. It was quiet at night and I slept well. I would return.

Not 4 star hotel

great location but the hotel needs to update its bathrooms, beds and furniture. Wanted to bath my son but the bathtub would not close. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. No towels at the swimming pool. Big hotel but does not make you feel like you are staying at a 4 star hotel.
