Fun, comfort and plenty of amenities at family-friendly downtown hotel

A bit tired, but functional
This place isn't going to wow anyone, but bathtub/ shower could have used a new finish, however, for what I needed it worked and was good value ($100/ night when then next best option was $160+).

Average stay, average room
Room was a tad on the small size, and seemed a little run down . But was speaking with the staff an try informed me that some big changes were happening.

Fantastic for short stays
We stayed only for a night and it was okay for that. The room wasn't that big and since we stayed there with 3 people it was kind of packed with our suitcases. It was clean though, and the staff was friendly. I would recommend it for a max. Stay of 3 nights

Honest tech guy
The location makes it.
Overall we were pleased with the Delta Chelsea. The staff was very helpful and accommodating with a friendly atmosphere. The room was just average however; the balcony did not permit smoking, which is the only thing it is really useful for. The tv also had its inputs blocked as to prevent anyone from using other modes; this is very inconvenient when trying to use an HDMI or auxiliary cable. The location helped push this hotels rating up as it was very nice to be able to walk to the Eaton Center and surrounding area in minutes.

Nice Place
The only problem I had with the Delta Chelsea is I requested a King Size bed and they said none were available when I checked in. Small room, small bed. Not what I expected. Everything else was fine.

Nice location but using the valet for parking is advised
If arriving by car, the valet may be well advised due to the very tight layout of the underground garage.

Room too small
The Hotel was very nice and well situated. Only a few steps to Yonge Street. The room w got was to small for us, rest of Hotel ok or very ok!

Family Day Weekend
We stayed at the Delta Chelsea for the Family Day Long weekend. Great place for the kids with activities almost all day everyday. Pool was awesome with a huge water slide, kids loved it. The hotel is right in the middle of it all with Dundas Square right down the street. The only complaint was the size of the room, just a bit tight for 4 people, but still functional.

Wolf and Firkin right across the street. Great atmosphere and great prices. Hit with the kids too!
