It's OK
It's OK, the rooms are fine and tolerable. They are showing their age and heavy use. I guess its a party place becuase there are lot of signs and warnings that party in the rooms that generate noise will not be tolerated. Location is great, but the doors are all locked (out-only) so you can get to where you want to outbound, but on the way back you have to walk all the way around the lobby in the back.

Good Stay
Nice establishment, everything went well. Staff was helpful. Location was great for walking to the eaton center or many other places on the yonge strip. They had large emphasis on their no loud noise policy. Turned out to be a non-issue but worried me a little as sometimes my nights on the town get a little ruckus. However for many other people such a policy is probably a huge plus.

Short trip to Toronto
We spent the weekend in this hotel. Very friendly staff. Great location. Room spacious, furnitures and bathroom not overwhelming but clean. Great breakfast. Parking is expensive. Kids got a toy when checking in, in restaurant they also got crayons and paper what was much appreciated.

Excellent Conference
I was at this hotel for a conference which was held downstairs. The location was ideal and the staff were helpful and pleasant. My room was large and quite clean. There was an incident of a flood in the bathroom; due to the design of the wheelchair accessible shower (the shower floor was higher than the bathroom floor). The staff were quick to bring towels. I will stay here again but I do not suggest others stay in a wheelchair accessible room unless necessary.

Good stay for the weekend
The beds are not super comfy, but the room is pretty comfortable. Also, they were having problems with their cable provider, so we were only getting a few channels. They apologized and said that they would be back in soon, but they never came back in. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable and the location is great. I will definitely be staying again.

Fantastic Staff, Bad Timing and not so comfortable
We had the unluck to be at the hotel during a big rave concert so the hotel was overrun with young adults. We had over 10 minute waits for the elevators, we left the pool as our child was hearing a lot of foul language and just unplesantness. The beds were uncomfortable and we had to turn the shower water all the way up on hot for it to be hot. I would not stay again. Great location for shopping and going out however
