Convenient and Clean
Check in staff courteous and efficient. Room was a nice size, clean and quiet. Was a little suprised to be charged extra for parking because it wasn't made clear when I reserved or when I checked in but it was only $20

Ohhhhh Ottawa!
What a perfect location to experience all that Ottawa has to offer. Very quiet and clean and economical. Great pool and jacuzzi. Rooms are large, spacious, and modern. Will definitely come back.

Nice time in the city
This hotel is right in the middle of downtown Ottawa. You can walk to most anything, catch a cab if it is too far, and the bus service is excellent if you are bus literate. There are many great things to do there including museums and the Canadian Parliament. Lots of food in the Byward Market, shopping if you like that type of thing, and the history of the city all around you. Restaurants are everywhere around the hotel. I went for the Winterlude festival and found the activities very nice and probably unique to this area.

Courtyard by Marriott Downtown
The hotel was positioned in the down town area convenient for all activities however the car parking facility was inadequate for the size of hotel, there were not sufficient spaces for the amount of guests that the hotel could accomodate. The hotel charged $20 per day for the parking but could not guarantee a space at weekends or during the July 1st celebrations. My wife and I who were visiting family in Iroquois had to check out on the Thursday and Friday, two days earlier than scheduled because of no parking space when we were to return on Thursday or Friday. There was no refund of monies for the two nights that we had to relinquish[...]The breakfast was not included in the price of the room and was available at a price. I would not stay at this hotel again based on the the above reasons.Dave Brown

We went to see the sights. The location was perfect. We could walk to anything. We got there early and they let us right in the room without saying anything.
