Last minute getaway
We booked the hotel at noon and check in at 3. The hotel was in a good location. It was a 10 minute walk to the falls and 5 minute walk to the casino.

Three Stars... okay.
Everything is totally renovated, so it is all clean and new. I was surprised by a $12 daily parking charge ( comparable charge is $6 max. in other hotel, if any) Also, you can expect a charge of $1.50 for every/any call from your room, even a local call. Also, we were surprised that there was no continental b'fast. The staff was pleasant enough. Yet, we came back late one evening of our stay to an untouched, uncleaned room (not fun). Yes, there is a nice (very small) pool, hot tub, etc.

Great place to stay for the price..but nothing fancy
This is a great place to stay..everything was expected of a 4 star hotel...but nothing nothing outside of that...no "ooo" and "aah" but no complaints either.

hotel was bad
The hotel tried to charge me for parking daily, said it was on the website. i didnt see it so i asked the supervisor to show it to me on my computer, he said NO, we arent responsible for 3rd party bookings. i got angry and raised my voice to him expressing my feelings about him not taking the time to show me on the website. he then said if i talked to him that way again he would throw me out and KEEP MY MONEY!!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! i will NEVER stay at a Wyndham ever again........... Also under one of the beds there was a pair of ladies DIRTY UNDERWARE!! DISGUSTING!!!

They allowed us to continue to park in their paid parking lot after check-out time while we walked around and enjoyed beautiful Niagara Falls! This parking was a considerable savings to the other paid parking in the area, making the hotel pricing more than worth the money paid.

Almost perfect.
Everything great except for two little things. The "riverview" room, was more like parking lot view, with a riverview glimpse. It did have a great view of the Skylon Tower. No complaints though because we spent hardly any time in our room anyway. Bit of advise - skip the extra money and forget the river view. The other problem is you can't lower the fan on the AC. The temperature could be adjusted, but not the fan. Other than that - room great. So comfortable and immaculately clean.

great location
Nice and clean hotel. Rooms are very comfortable. Staff is not too friendly except for Marshal...he was great and went out of his way to help.

Pay for Parking, No Fridge in the room, No Microwave even if you wanted to PAY
Front desk was not helpful. No fridge and cost @20 a day. No microwave at all. Front desk would not pick up phone because they are too busy. Pillows, beds were very good. Hotel was very clean. Location is good. With a free fridge and paid microwave and eagerness from the Front Desk would make this a great hotel.

Parking available for 3-5 $ a day right across the street Vs Hotels $12/ a day. I bought Niagara Package from Murray + Niagara blvd and covered pretty all that u want to do with Niagara
