Nice hotel, friendly staff, walking distance to the Falls, restaurants, shops, casino, etc. The hotel was very clean. The pool area is tiny. The on-site restaurant is over-priced but the prices were consistent with the other restaurants in the area.

Enjoyable weekend excursion
Overall, we were very pleased with the Wyndam Hotel. Our room was very clean and the fan in the bathroom did a great job keeping the mirror clear...even after a shower. I would suggest some type of door stops on the hall doors because they did slam loudly. Beautiful hotel that is situated nicely between Table Rock and the Clifton attractions

The hotel is quiet, clean, easy to find, and relaxing. The only thing we could have asked would have been free breakfast but that didn't dampen our experience. I would recommend the Whyndham Garden Niagara Falls to anyone wanting to vacation on the Canada side of Niagara Falls.

Go and see Oh Canada, Eh! It is worth every penny. The show is fantastic, the servers are fun and courteous, and the meal is an all you can eat family dinner that is wonderful!

Last minute getaway
We booked the hotel at noon and check in at 3. The hotel was in a good location. It was a 10 minute walk to the falls and 5 minute walk to the casino.

Three Stars... okay.
Everything is totally renovated, so it is all clean and new. I was surprised by a $12 daily parking charge ( comparable charge is $6 max. in other hotel, if any) Also, you can expect a charge of $1.50 for every/any call from your room, even a local call. Also, we were surprised that there was no continental b'fast. The staff was pleasant enough. Yet, we came back late one evening of our stay to an untouched, uncleaned room (not fun). Yes, there is a nice (very small) pool, hot tub, etc.

Great place to stay for the price..but nothing fancy
This is a great place to stay..everything was expected of a 4 star hotel...but nothing nothing outside of that...no "ooo" and "aah" but no complaints either.

hotel was bad
The hotel tried to charge me for parking daily, said it was on the website. i didnt see it so i asked the supervisor to show it to me on my computer, he said NO, we arent responsible for 3rd party bookings. i got angry and raised my voice to him expressing my feelings about him not taking the time to show me on the website. he then said if i talked to him that way again he would throw me out and KEEP MY MONEY!!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! i will NEVER stay at a Wyndham ever again........... Also under one of the beds there was a pair of ladies DIRTY UNDERWARE!! DISGUSTING!!!
