At The Diplomat Inn of Niagara Falls, you'll be welcomed to immaculate, tastefully decorated, modern rooms. Rooms with 2 Queen Beds, 2 Double Beds and Jacuzzi's with 1 or 2 Beds are also available.

Great place for the money!
This is not an upscale hotel but for the price you get a clean room , very friendly staff and a really good location for Fallsview Casino among other attractions! Would stay again since I don't like to put my money in a fancy room I don't stay in long enough. I'm here for the attractions!!!

Best value for money in the Falls
We had the most pleasant experience in the Niagara Falls (ON) in the Diplomat Inn. The location is perfect, an easy walk to the Falls. You cannot overstate the importance of free parking! The staff was very helpful, gave us excellent advice regarding local restaurants. In general, this is by far the best value per dollar in the area.

Go to the next-door restaurant Gooyee's. It is very well maintained, clean, fresh, and their Korean fusion cuisine is excellent

Being Young at the Diplomat Inn
Front desk ladies were disrespectful and judgmental. If you are young, find another hotel to book with as they will assume that you are going to trash their hotel. Even if you're dressed up, act politely, and going on a wine tour.

Overall, the hotel was fair for the price quoted. However, it is expected that the Customers are provided with clean and proper towels. Unfortunately, the towels were torn. There were flies around.

I'll be definitely staying there again
The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The location is good as everything is within a 15 minute walking distance and there is also free parking and free internet. This hotel is a bargain for the price, so I'll be definitely staying there again.
