It was a good hotel, clean, good friendly staff and room was a bit dated and old, but clean. will recommend

Handicapped bathroom was not properly fitted. Toilet was not raised as reported and had no grab bars. Shower had a bar that showerhead was raised and lowered on that looked like a grab bar. When this bar was used for support, it came loose and almost resulted in a serious accident. Hotel was advertised as having free buffet breakfast. Actually, the hotel provided $5.00 discount coupons for breakfast at nextdoor restaurant that used to have a buffet. It has one or more tour busses to provide breakfast for travelers each morning, up to 300. With only one or two waitors, additional coffee was only available by request.

This hotel was your average hotel. Good place to sleep and close walk to all attractions.

I arrived thinking I was getting a double bed room. The man behind the desk was so nice and upgraded us free to a family suite! With 2 adults and 3 kids this was great! The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. They say free breakfest which is not the case...they do not offer any. The staff stated that they have requested this to be pulled off the travel sites and a few have not removed it yet. They do give you coupons butits not enough to cover the breakfest....Not a deal breaker for us since they gave us a free upgrade. Would recomend and stay again.

Pre-booked 2 rooms 2queens each room for four adults, Check in was smooth no problems, rooms where clean, will stay again.

The room had a wet, stale, musty smell. The windows were caked with dirt and the ceiling had water damage that was quickly fixed. The room was not vert clean.

Stayed at this hotel for New Years eve the price was right and the location was decent. The room was what I would expect for the price - beds, a half functioning TV and a bathroom. Long story short: skip it unless you enjoy collecting bugs and being yelled at.I'll start with the Pros:1. Walking distance to the falls and surrounding touristy areas.2. MOST of the desk staff was friendly. 3. Quiet in room, despite the hotel being filled with rowdy college age kids. 4. Ample parking and my car didn't get broken into.And the Cons:1. Surrounding area looks run down and sketchy.2. Cockroach in the room.3. RUDE desk staff - took a photo of the roach, killed it and went down to politely discuss with the supervisor. We were told there were no other rooms and being new years eve we didn't want to spend the night searching for another hotel. We were given a coupon to the Golden Skillet (skip it btw) out of pity by the clerk and told to take up a refund w/ [...]. Next day called [...]and were told we had to take up the refund with the Hotel. Went back to the hotel and the supervisor from the previous night said it wasn't a cockroach (I googled it, it was) and thus it didn't matter so we should just get out and leave her alone. In the end we called the hotel Monday to speak with the manager and got a full refund for the night.

Okay hotel. Room was big but the hotel was supposed to have been remodeled......new shower maybe???

quiet. the ice machine was only located on the first floor should have been on more floors.
