Great View
Our room had a spectacular view of Niagara Falls. The room was ok, but the bathroom is really small; whenever we shower, water is all over the floor and the door is so close to the toilet bowl. Our room was clean and staff was ok.

Not what we expected!
I think we expected more then the service and the overall quality that this "4 diamond" hotel provided. Parking was an additional $20 a night and local calls were charged without notice. I also reserved a fallsview room and did not receive it, got a city view room with a horrible view. The shower was very noisy!!!!

Wonderful wedding wingding
Our group was in Niagara Falls for a wedding. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spotless and spacious. We felt the "extras" -- like parking and bottled water -- were ridiculously expensive. The heating/air conditioning units in the rooms were very very loud and woke us up at night. Overall a beautiful hotel in a great location though.

The Butterfly Conservatory is about a 15-minute drive away and it's fun and interesting for all ages. The Maid of the Mist is definitely worth the admission price because it's a very unusual experience.

Lovely view, quiet location
Fabulous view of both the American and Canadian Falls, overlooking the Table Rock Visitor center, exactly as [...] described. Room was plenty large for three adults. The restaurant is large and has a great view, good breakfast buffet. Beware of extra parking fee and internet charges. Located at the quiet end of the strip-be prepared to walk or drive to most locations. We would book this hotel again despite the extra charges.

The parks offer good package deals for the falls attractions and the people mover transportation system. Souvenirs are also less expensive in the parks than elsewhere. Free fireworks over the river wed, fri, sun in August.

Outstanding View
the view from the room was amazing, especially at sunrise and night time. The elevators were a pain. Only 2 elevators serviced the upper 12 floors, while 4 serviced the lower floors. They could make the 2 upper floors only.

awesome view
We went to several attractions such as ripley's believe it or not, maid of the mist, wax museum and etc. I was expecting our room would be placed in much higher room not just 19th floor I paid 20 bucks for that. However, We enjoyed our stay in sheraton hotel even though the rooms are not really newly renovated

Very nice....with a few exceptions.
This hotel has probably the BEST view of the Horseshoe falls of Niagara. It is very clean, smells good, and has comfortable beds. We had a magnificent vacation and part of that great experience was our lovely hotel room. After arriving on Wednesday afternoon, we were surprised with a fabulous display of fireworks that evening around 10:00 pm. It was a great way to start the vacation! This could be seen from bed believe it or not. The view was breathtaking to wake up to every morning. When we arrived, the wind was so strong that it bent the passenger door on our Jeep Grand Cherokee. It would have been nice to have known about the windy conditions so we could have been more careful with the doors. The hotel pool is probably the biggest disappointment I had with our stay. It looked like a basement! For such a beautiful hotel that was really surprising. Also, no information as to local restaurants, nearby sights, attractions, etc. was provided in the room. Additionally, the hotel didn't provide any information as to the services / accommodations they provide such as continental breakfast, shuttles / transportation to the sights, etc. That said, I would stay at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel again and I would recommend it to anyone looking to have THE BEST views of the falls right from their room. Enjoy!

Head to the Niagara Falls Park close to the hotel and be sure to ride the People Mover busses. It cost $10 to park and you can ride the busses for a nominal fee for a full day. It was great to see the attractions on the bus.

wonderful stay
We stayed on the tenth floor, jacuzi room. Had a perfect view of the falls, lying in bed even. Room was clean, no bugs, didn't smell- I mention this because of some feed back I read which made me concerned. No problem checking in.
