Rough start, but overall good experience
We're a family with two rooms. One room was ready at check-in and they reserved the room next door for us while it was being cleaned. Desk staff kept telling us they put a priority cleaning on it, and check back in 30-45 minutes. We ended up wasting the entire first day because the room still hadn't been cleaned after checking 3 times. Finally got in and everything was fine. VERY comfortable beds. The view of the falls was OK, but couldn't see much of the Canadian falls on the 19th floor. Coffee in room was a plus. Clean, comfortable furnishings. Location was great -- go across the street to the casino mall to get a falls view and access the walkway to the take the incline to the visitor's center.

Short walk from hotel
Get the Niagara Falls Adventure pass for only $40 which gives you all the best ways to experience the falls, plus all the transportation you need. This is a great deal. Buy the pass at the Visitor's center at the bottom of the incline.

good price/great view & location
The staff was friendly and very efficient. No long waits for bellman or retrieval of vehicle. The furniture however had broken drawers and the glass shower doors were installed improperly. Took 4 towels to wipe up the water after each shower.

No major complaints.
Hotel is a five minute walk to the vertical railway which takes you the falls. The railway is a 2 minute ride down the hill to the falls. The arcade / tourist zone is about a 15 minute walk. Hotel charges $20 a day to park + 3.50 in taxes. There is an extra gov't tax in the tourist zone. Everything in the tourist zone is about double what you would pay elsewhere. My buddy and I ordered two Grey Goose Martinis and the bill was $45. Breakfast for 2 at IHOP (next door to hotel) was $60. Yes, thats not a misprint. The hotel itself is clean and well kept. Nice pool, hot tub, steam room. The gym is a joke. Casino is directly across the street and they charge players for drinks too.

Happy in Niagara
The only place to stay in Niagara Falls
This hotel not only has a great view of the Falls but also is connected by a skywalk to the Casino. The room was very nice and the overall hotel is first class.

Nice, if you like ala carte
First of all, this hotel fit the bill for what I was trying to get. I wanted a hotel that gave me a falls view room, because I was staying only one night, and then leaving. Neither my wife nor I had been to the falls before and I wanted a romantic experience. The Hotel is a beautiful place. It isnt right on the falls, but our room as promised, overlooked the american side of the falls. There is a casino between the hotel and the falls, but you over look them over the casino. The view is nice. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean, the experience was good in general. Now the negatives. This is one of those places that is going to charge for every little thing. You drive in, and Valet costs 20$ per night....parking was 5$ across the street, but we didnt have time to figure that out... The first thing you are greeted by when you walk into your room is a 5$ Bottle of water, if you choose to drink it. I tried to log on to their wireless internet...you guessed it, that was another 12.95 per night!!!! If you are going to Niagara for the nightlife, this is definitely not located in that district, so expect a cab ride because its a little out of walking distance. All in all, we got what we asked for. A nice room to stay in (with very comfortable beds) that overlooked the falls. Im only ranking this a 3 because I am still upset about the internet cost :)

In Hotel
If you plan on eating in the hotel, we were provided an "upgrade option" when we arrived that they would upgrade our room for 50$ and we in return would receive a coupon for one of their 3 restaurants and free breakfast buffet in the morning. We didnt take the deal because we were leaving earlier than the buffet opened, but it would provide good value to those looking to take advantage of it. I am not sure if you can count on this deal or not when you are going, but if you want to take the chance and get a lesser room for less money and then upgrade when you get there, it is probably worth it.

fantastic view!!!
Hotel room was exactly as described in booking - located on 20th floor of south tower with an unbelievable view on US falls (and a little one on horseshoe falls). If you want both I should recommend to take floors higher than 25. You could just lie in bed and view falls in sunset and sunrise. We had booked a room with 2 separate bedrooms and only one had this view (but with sofa to stay together and enjoyment) - and the price (150CAD for room per night) was unbeatable!!! Breakfast was not included - we used once breakfast buffet for 14.95CAD and were very content.

Beautiful room and views
We stayed in the North Tower and everything seemed brand new. We had a seperate sitting room, wet bar with granite, jacuzzi tub with seperate shower, flat screen tv's and fireplace (we didn't turn this on so don't know if it worked). The hotel is across the street from Fallsview Casino. We used the casino parking garage (free with Player's Club card) and used the walkway that connected the 5th floor of the garage to the hotel. We payed about $126 for the room and thought we got a lot for our money.

Gimme your money and go to hell
View is for the (smaller) US side and not the (bigger) Canadian side. For view, try Marriott. Four stars but no cable (so...no cartoons for someone traveling with kids). No free internet ****? . An earlier guest (middle-aged, Caucasian lady) did really like the jacuzzi. I will let my Orbitz friends know shortly if she had any fungal or other infection. Pool is there and it is free BUT you have to pay for the towels. No, you cannot bring your own towels to the pool.
