Great value
Pleasant staff, clean room, we have stayed here before and is located across the rd from the Niagara to Niagara on the Lake bike trail. Also great QuickStart breakfast, plus free parking, a bit of a walk to the falls, about 2 miles.

clean, good size rooms, decent breakfast
Front desk clerks lack friendliness, seem disinterested in their job, are little short on the interpersonal skills and get a little too irritated a little too fast if there is a problem. The hotel is clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable...parking is sufficient...I would stay there again and ignore the front desk...haha

Awful Beds!
We had a room with two queen sized beds. They were terribly uncomfortable. Springs were poking and the edge has some kind of cable running around it. Time for new mattresses. Other than that, the room was nice, the staff was pleasant and efficient and the location worked for us.

Don't eat in the "touristy" areas. Most of you won't be back so they don't have to impress, and the food shows it! If you want a nice dinner, drive north of the falls to Niagara on the Lake. Lovely little town with wonderful dining. If you need to stay in the area, try Nick and Angelo's for good Italian food. If you want "kitsch" try out the Flying Saucer restaurant. Tacky, but pretty good diner food.

great location
We went to Niagara Falls Canada Side and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is clean and quiet. Breakfast is great. Friendly staff, but you need to say hi first before they could greet you. They will just stare at you when you pass the FD and will not say anything. Housekeeping just did towel exchange and did not clean the floor and carpet. Breakfast is great. Location is great. Staff needs customer service skills training.

Sightseeing tip:
Short walk from hotel
very close to Niagara falls. Buy the vacation pass across from the hotel and do not drive because of expensive parking fees. Use public transportation.

Okay Hotel
The hotel room was clean but had a musty smell to it. The lotion that the hotel provides and leaves in your room, was half empty. The hotel staff was friendly, but never went above and beyond for us. Also, the lack of a fridge in the room was horrible, especially with a little one who drinks milk. I did not like that the pool was on the second floor, but you had to go down to the lobby to get towels for the pool. Very inconvenient!!

Go off the main drag to eat. It is a lot less expensive, but still a good meal.

Great hotel
We purchased the ADVENTURE PASS and visited the following Niagra Fallsattractions: Journey Behind the Falls, Maid of Mist, Night of Fury, and White Water. Also, this pass includes bus rides, so you don't have to worry about the car parking near the attraction. We love most the Journey Behind the Falls and the Maid of the Mist. The hotel rooms were clean and service was great. I had always had good experience with Hampton Inn hotels. The hotel located next to the bus ride.

Beds are wonderful
Visited the falls and some of the souvenir shops. Would like to have had a refrigerator in room. Beds and covers were great and I have sleep issues.

Can be high in price. Check with front desk for help or check prices before going. Surprisingly Rainforest Cafe was more reasonable than the Applebee's.

A Great Choice
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was excellent--offering hot and cold as well as fresh fruit. Wonderful accommodations for the price. Would absolutely stay again.
