Doubletree Fallsview Resort Spa by Hilton Niagara Falls

We had pretty high expectation and is excited before we arrived to this hotel. However when we arrived I was totally sorry to my family who travel with me. During the booking of this hotel we learn that we could have a good view that can oversee the fall but to our disappointment we were being check in to a very low floor that have no view. The welcoming to the hotel during check in is ok as, we were late and was given a pc of cookies to fill our hunger but there is no concierge to help us with the luggage to the room. The room is very simple and cleanliness is average. Location to the fall is about 20 mins walk, we had spend 4 night in this hotel and it was raining one of the night and we try to borrow an umbrella the answer by the reception is they do not have one. This is definitely not a resort spa hotel it is more toward an express hotel which provide stay and sleep everything you need to do is DIY. I would not recommend any friend to stay in this hotel unless we see improvement in it service.

The Doubletree Fallsview is a beautiful hotel. The lobby has a lodge type feel to it. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. It was about 15 minutes to walk to one end of the Falls and about 20 to get to the other end. There is an uphill walk getting back to the hotel.

My boyfriend and I decided to go to Niagara falls we decided to go to the double tree hotel. I was very please with service and who doesn't like warm cookies when checking in. We stayed for two night. My room was very clean and COMFORTABLE. I just loved it and also I book the fall view so I was able to see the fall in my room. We where able to walk to many attraction such as the fall. The only downside s the parking... Mad expensive, but it's worth the trip. I hope you guys like my review and book here soon.

Our room was everything we wanted. Very clean, great view of the falls (ask for a room on the top floors for this). Staff was very polite. Buchanan's restaurant had good food and great service. Only minor issues, clock had the wrong time and couldn't be reset and a couple of the lamps in the room didn't work. Was worth the money spent. Would use this hotel again. Great warm chocolate chip cookies when you check in.

the hotel is fairly close to the falls and Clifton Hill but it is a hike to walk so plan on taking car out if you do not walk alot. Parking is $13 (incl tax) which we were not aware of. Parking lot is small and overflow is down a few doors. Rooms clean and comfortable. Mini fridge and coffee pot is very convenient!

Hotel is located within walking distance to several of Canada's main attractions. Fall view room had a great view, very clean, friendly staff. Only complaint is they charge $12 a night to park in there parking lot.

The room was clean, comfortable, plenty of seating, nice view of the Falls. The double jacuzzi tub was a nice added feature. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food and service was fabulous. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was very nice. Pool and hot tub were great, as was the staff at the front desk. Great value for for what we paid. Would definitely stay again- just a few blocks from the casino too!

My husband and I wanted to go on a little weekend getaway so we chose Niagara Falls. Doubletree is a great hotel. It was beautiful on the inside, and the location was great. It was about a 1/4 mile walk to the falls. We stayed 2 nights and I do not believe there is any need to stay that long in Niagara Falls. We were a little bored by the second night. The trip was very expense. We ate breakfast at the IHOP across the street and it was $42 for two omelettes. Overall, good trip and a great hotel - just be prepared for the high prices!

When we first got there they were slow to attend to us but once they did they were kind and explained everything in detail.. We headed up to our room fallsview whirlpool king room.. It was perfectly clean the view was fantastic, the room was a great size and the whirlpool tub was fantastic. Everything was a close distance a 15-20 min walk to the falls and casino. I only have two minor complaints. The shower is way to small.. Being a Busty woman it was difficult to manuver inside the shower, and secondly the taxi service timing was horrible. They took forever to arrive, however they were very nice and stopped the meter when they messed up directions. Unfortunately if u take the bus up there is no shuttle bus to the hotel but there is one to the ramada which is across the street so they is good to know
