Wasn't the best, wasn't the worst
Pretty nice location to get around to all the fun stuff near the falls. I wasn't looking for the Ritz by any means, just a place that didnt gross me out and I could drop my stuff off at while running around town.

Winter Getaway
The only complaint I have is the hotel front desk did not indicate there would be a parking charge when we checked in so I was blind sided by that at checkout. I fought it and they didn't end up charging us for it but it was frustrating to argue it.

Not Bad for the Price
We booked online so I didn't know what to expect. It seemed like a real deal for the price but when we arrived the attendant at the front desk automatically upgraded us because he said we wouldn't be pleased with the room we'd booked (apparently it was really small and would have been uncomfortable). They didn't have to do that... I was also under the impression that the rooms had jacuzzi's but that also was an upgrade, but only $25. The room was nicely designed, new amenities but it had an odor. I think they washed the carpet but didn't change the water. We bought some Febreeze and all was well.

Best Location
Best location... just a couple of mins walking away from falls. We got a small Queen bedroom for 50$ then I called the hotel and upgraded to a larger 1bed Queen with sofa and microwave for 5$ extra per day. (Had I not call ahead, I should have paid 10$ per day) Staff were friendly. breakfast was simple. WiFi was weak and slow. Bathroom was kind of OK. Had a small gym hardly anyone used. Had a small swimming pool which everyone was using it and enjoying it. It was late Dec and the rooms were warm. Parking was 5$ per day. which is really good. Hotel was next to the falls and so we never drove car in the city. The hallways had some mild weird bad smell. The rooms were OK though. My fiancee and I are students and as students the hotel was affordable for us. However if I start making money I would stay in a much better hotel (to have a better lifestyle). Finally, we stayed 2 nights and 3 days at Niagara falls... If you dont have kids, I'd suggest to stay one day or max two days at Niagara. It really doesnt have much to offer to adults... The city will get boring after the second day.

Not bad
We went during the off-season and were given a room upgrade. Friendly staff and clean if older room. The bed was a spring mattress and was OK but not great. Parking was NOT included and I was peeved by the $5 per night charge which was not listed in the booking information, not a deal-breaker just annoying. Very close to the falls and the main (touristy) street in town.

Good value Hotel
This hotel is right by the main hub of entertainment and only a very short walk from the American Falls-- just perfect for a short visit. The hotel on checking in gave us a free upgrade suit which was a great help for all our belongings, and also by having a useful small kitchen and microwave. We would recommend this hotel for comfort and excellent value for money.

Suitable for one night visiting the falls
Booked this hotel for a weekend getaway with my husband and we checked out a night early due to the noise level. You can hear everything the neighbors say and do and we barely slept, as people were coming and going all night long, and partying in their whirlpool tubs. Bathroom shower was tiny and dirty. Location is great if you want to explore the main tourist strip, or if you're there to party. Wouldn't recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway.
