Decent
The description said it had a sauna and hot tub, it had neither. There was hair on the comforter, the balcony had no furniture The staff when checking the room over during check out was walking around like he was in no hurry and acted like it was a joke.. There was a ramp in the hallway in front of our door and the door locking mechanism was loose

Stayed before, will stay again
I've stayed here twice before and am booking another trip. I usually come to the Niagara region on business. The location is convenient for me to access other areas. The hotel has always been fine. Clean room. My only complaint is the room gets too warm even in the winter. Other than that, I have no other issues. Good value for the money, especially in the off season.

Served its purpose
For being a 'pet friendly' hotel, I didn't feel welcomed when I brought in my 2 dogs. The clerk tried to charge me double the pet fee. The rooms designated for pets are poorly maintained. The first room we were given smelled of mold. While I expect pets would have accidents in the rooms, I also expect the staff to have proper pet cleaning products.

Disappointed And Let Down
Anniversary Get away
Decor needs updating. Looks like they may have started with new tile work in lobby & elevator. Room was clean & well kept in general but needs help. Taps in bathroom dripped continuously and bed was HARD. Staff were great. Don't think it was worth the $100+ per night.

Good and comfortable stay for your money
We stayed from Wednesday and it was quite and reasonably priced for a Hot Tub room. On Friday night it became a lot more noisy with kids running down the halls. One call to the front desk and everything was quite again and it stayed that way the rest of the weekend. Great value for your money!

The All You can eat Buffet on the corner of Lundys Lane and Stanley street is not worth the money. The Flying Saucer restaurant has great food and atmosphere.

Best New Years Ever
WE had the best time. NO complaints, the pool was nice especially the hot tub. We were there 4 days and I didn't even use a tank of gas getting to all of the things by and around niagara falls. House keeping was awesome! they were fast and so nice. Great vacation. Def recommend.

Not so good
Our bathroom ceiling leaked and flooded the bathroom. They did offer to change our room but it was just a hassle. The smell of the hotel is bad... Smell like mold
