Traveling rocks
Nice place for the cost.
When we checked in, our room was oddly shaped as well as not close to.our friends room. The staff moved us right away and were extremely friendly about it.

This hotel was more than we ever would of thought of. the room was heaven, we were high enough to see both falls, our room was perfect with a sitting room & big bedroom. We could not of asked for a more perfect place to stay then this hotel. Everything was within walking & the staff at the front desk was the most helpful than any other place we had stayed. We would use them again.

Fantastic hotel stay
This was our first trip together. We picked this hotel because of the location. We were coming in on a train so we wanted to be close to cliffton hill were most of the action is. The hotel was beautiful and our stay was not long enough. Yes. The room was a little small but as I read in other reviews before we went I knew to expect that.The only regret we had was the toilet. They were so loud when flushing we could hear our neighbours when they flushed. We would definitely would stay there again.

Great location
The Crowne Plaza is in a perfect spot right by the Falls and the Clifton Hill "strip". However, my check in was very slow and the top floors of the hotel require guests to switch elevators along the way. My room was quite serviceable with a quite spectacular view of both sets of Falls.

U ARE STUPID
Worst Experiance of Overnight Stay Ever
Desk Clerk had attitude at Check in time and Check out time was little better Person. Nosy Room ,cloged Sink, Bath room no exhaust Mirror Fogs up after Bath. Room very Small, Suffocating , Lot of noise of Fan Running next door, Trrible.

Practically Heaven
Sleeping next to the Falls was so relaxing and calming. Our room was quiet and we could hear the Falls even though it was cold and the windows were shut. The room itself was spotless with a nice layout. We were within a few minutes walk to almost everything the Falls has to offer. The parking facility was difficult to negotiate as entries to the building were not well demarcated. We really recommend this place.

The hotel is perfect, has everything. Waterpark, bar, restaurants, kids shows, kids arcade lots of stuff! The room eas small but you only sleep in it so it was fine.

Niagara falls
The hotel was nice & clean. It is very close to the Falls & entertainment. The bathroom being small & no air conditioning is the only things I disliked. The bathroom was very small & only had one person shower.

our stay
we have stayed at the crown plaza a few times now and found it comfortable, a very pleasant place to stay. the service was outstanding. Love lounging in the big old comfortable chairs in lobby that surrounds you in an old world feel while watching the world go by.

Great location, small rooms
The Hotel is in a great loaction, clean rooms although they are small. We upgraded to a Fallsview room for $50 I don't know if it was worth but we were only there one night I heard the Fallsview restaurant on the 10th. floor has great food and the view is nice but it was too busy for us and we had a 10 and 12 year old so we went to The Rain forest cafe which the kids loved and we could walk.
