Overnight business

Decent value. Had to stay in the area one night for business so decided to stay close to the falls. Right on the edge of the tourist hot spots. 10 minute walk to the falls area. Room was decent. Value was good for the area and time of year.

The hotel is great! It has an indoor and outdoor pool, which were both big hits with the kids. There is a small game room and market also. It is within walking distance to everything you want to see. Also, the WEGO bus (blue line) is across the street. The rooms are big and clean.

The restaurants in the area are very expensive. Go up Victoria Ave further and it isn't as much to eat!

Great location and view

Last minute booking as we drove in from Southern Ontario on the way to Buffalo. On arrival was upgraded from two queens to a king on the top floor with a fabulous view of both cataracts of the Niagara River. Fireworks were straight out from our window. Just a nice park area between you and the falls, but trees obstruct the actual falls. Walking distance to everything. Reasonable parking cost compared to other hotels. Clean, nice linens. Did not use the restaurant.

Dining tip: Long walk from hotel

Elements restaurant at Welcome Center next to Horseshoe Falls uses local fresh ingredients. Menu may appear a bit pricy for lunch tho not outrageous, but the quality of the fare and stunning view are worth it

Perfect! It doesn't get any better!

From the moment we pulled up, this hotel delivered! Easy and fast check-in! They even wanted to upgrade us but we had kids with us and needed the two queen beds. We were on the 9th floor which boasted great views. The room was clean and more spacious than what I was expecting. We needed more towels and when we called a housekeeper was up within minutes. She was also very nice and gave us some tips for the falls. When she asked how our first night was we mentioned some noisy children next door that woke us up super early. She apologized and told us they were leaving that day and that our next sleep should be much better. When we returned that evening she cleaned our room, lint rolled our blankets and lefts sea turtle towels on our bed (like what they do in tropical locations). She told us later that she wanted to do something nice for us because of what happened with the noisy children. How thoughtful!!!!!! Seriously the hotel was in a great location--3 minutes to Clifton hill and 5 minutes to the falls. Doesn't get any better than this hotel--super nice rooms and we only paid $90 a night. Best value for everything--if you don't stay here you are really missing out!

The hotel offers a breakfast buffet but we skipped on it. There's a Tim hortons in Clifton hill just minutes away and we are there every morning for breakfast! Delicious!

New Year's Eve

In the middle of everything you could want to do. This was the first time taking a long vacation and the hotel was perfect for our needs. If you want a spa day or anything like that just make an appointment at another hotel. You can walk to most attractions in ten mins and the hotel staff is helpful.

Nice Place - Handy Location

We were at the Courtyard for New Year's Eve. While I know the prices go up for holidays, it seemed particularly expensive. But, the rest of the city is overpriced on NYE as well. Nice big room, clean well furnished. I would go back.
