Overall Stay
Our over all stay was very good. The staff was extremely friendy and helpful. We were very pleased with the staff. The rooms may have needed some cosmetic updating though.

Good place to stay!
Every Courtyard we've stayed at has been clean, comfortable and well maintained. This one is no exception. It's within a twenty minute walk of the falls and even closer to the fun-houses on Clifton Hill. Its restaurant is currently closed for remodeling, but there are several nice places to eat close by. Parking is $10...no big deal in Niagara. Our room WiFi was horrible and I was prepared to write a bad review. However, I went downstairs to talk with the front desk and they rebooted the router. Problem solved. This place has very friendly staff, a great location and all the good qualities of a Courtyard. It's a do over

Don't be fooled
The hotel was nice, the rooms clean and quiet. However, when rooms were booked we were told we would have free breakfast buffet, fee shuttle passes and food vouchers. This was NOT true, if you get the senior rate and 2 night stay discount, the freebies do not apply. Check very carefully when booking your room. It was even on our confirmation voucher, however they would not honor at Courtyard Marriott.

Take in a show at the Shaw Festival in Niagra-on-the-Lake. Totally worthwhile.

Courtyard Niagara Falls
We just stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Niagara Falls, Location was great, Front desk service personel were friendly. $10 extra for parking seemed uncalled for. Buffet Breakfast at $12.99 each was excessive for what was offered. Montana's down the street had the same brunch for $6.99. Overall it was okay

Great Place to Stay in Niagara
I can't really say anything bad about the Couryard Marriott. We had a great room (large, comfortable and clean, quiet, etc). The staff was very helpful, parking was no problem. It was conveniently located right on the main street and easy walk down to the falls. The pool and hot tub were good and the place had just about everything you need in an upscale hotel. I would definitely recommend it.

Short drive from hotel
Drive out of the immediate area for better prices on food, dining can be expesive. The breakfast buffet options for $7 around town are good, but dinner and stuff and get very expensive (I paid $17 Canadian dollars for a simple dinner plate at a basic chain restaurant). South down the QWE to other towns where you can shop or buy food is a better bet.

Not that close to the falls
The hotel is good and convenient but they should manage the expectations better, ir is not walking distance to the falls but you have the blue líne bus in front.
