A great getaway for the price
For the price we paid for this hotel we were very pleased. We were able to check in an hour early, and the staff were very friendly. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi area was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good, fresh made waffle station, eggs, sausages, muffins and such. A couple of really good restaurants a stone throws away, and a quick walk to the Falls or Clifton Hill. For the price of this hotel we couldn't ask for anything more. The few downsides to be aware of: breakfast is served from 6 to 9, and when it gets crowded you may need to wait a couple of minutes to be seated. We went as the weather was changing so the outdoor pool was not open yet, so it may be worth calling ahead of your visit if the outdoor pool interests you. All in all, we enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay there again.

Very clean room, friendly knowledgeable staff, comfortable stay at an amazing price. My only issue is the hotel is advertised as possessing a business center when they do not in-fact have a proper business center, they offer fax and copying services but that is about it.

Impressive for the price
Very clean room in a great location. The staff was very helpfull and informative each time we seeked information. We will stay there again when we get the opportunity.

hotel and location ok but the free breakfast is decieving to make people choose this hotel .
my stay was good but breakfast was really nothing beside there was only room for about maybe 5% of hotel guests while every one expected to get a free breakfast .so either wait long time to be seated or go outside .

An O K experience. There is an extra $12,00 +tax parking charge. Breakfast was good but room size totally inadequate.

Great Niagara Falls Ontario Hotel !!
The hotel in general was really fantastic! The room was very clean and confortable. We were happy with the value of this hotel and the location was great near the Fallsview Casino, but had no view of the falls. If the city would cut down some trees along the upper walkway, there would be more breathtaking views of the beautiful falls! We could enjoy the tightrope walker from our balcony, as well as a perfect view of the fireworks at night! The only thing dissappointing was on the Comfort Inn's website it stated that after you booked your room you only needed to advise them if you would prefer a falls-side room or a city-view room. When I preferred a falls-side room they said it would be an "upgrade" and charged me an additional $30. I paid this of course, and they stated that legally they did not have to advise of additional charge on their website. This was not really honest to me. We really enjoyed this hotel, though, and it was easy to walk to all tourist locations in area! We love Niagara Falls Canada!

Short walk from hotel
All of the upper parking lots off Fallsview Blvd were only $5 for the day. There is a tram that will take you down to horseshoe falls area, or if you prefer to walk, there is a path with stairs through the trees behind the Victoria Place Shops & Restaurant located midway between American and Horseshoe Falls. The parking lots are located right near the base of the Skylon Tower.

Good Location, good value, but could be a bit cleaner
Overall this comfort inn decent, only real complaint is that the room could be a bit cleaner.

Exciting Trip
The location pretty much contributed to our trip. A couple minutes walking distance to the Fallsview Casino, and then just a few more to the falls, perfection. Rooms satisfied expectations.
