Great hotel for our bachelor party
Really friendly staff. On-site restaurant/ all-you-can-eat breakfast was good. Great location and decent price. Clean and the balconies are a big bonus!

Fun bus casino crew
Great stay for Niagara and casino weekend
We went with Best Western due to its close proximity to the casino, just a couple minute walk away, and the falls. Staff are pleasant. Rooms are reasonably spacious. Rates are quite good.

Jewell amongst the horror hotels.
I was booked into another hotel through another online source. - arrived and it was like a homeless shelter. NOTHING like the pictures, a total dump. For an extra $20 a night moved from Lundy Lane to Best Western Fallsview. What a difference. Closer to everything, nice staff, clean room, great hotel. Even has a nintendo in room. For $54 a night - EXCELLENT Value!

Great Location, but no view of the falls
Easy to find and very close to a casino, places to eat, and a short walk to the falls. That is particularly important because parking can get pricey. The restaurant had a decent breakfast and with the 10% discount a decent price. We had breakfast there and it was very good. Our room was clean and comfortable, except that they did not use a fitted sheet and it came off during the night. Parking was CAD $10 and I was told when booking that the $10 included all taxes and fees, it did not. Parking was closer to $15 per night, but that was still a good price for the location. I do not believe that any of their rooms could have a falls view; however the name of the street was "Fallsview". All in all an ok experience. Good for the price.

Perfect location but...
Hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to the Falls and a view of the Skylon Tower from the parking lot. There was a mini mart attached to the hotel which was nice but overpriced. The staff was helpful and friendly. My room was a bit hard to find at first but once I found it it wasn't too bad. It was clean, no weird smells but there was no microwave or refrigerator. Which was quite odd and somewhat inconvenient considering I was going to go to Walmart and buy food instead of eating out every night. Other than that and the $10 (plus tax) a day parking fee it wasn't a bad place to stay.

Good spot for getaway
Parking was charged, not mentioned in resevation. Casino parking at this hotel at night.,but staff will help.

Nice stay in Niagara
The hotel location was just up the street from the falls. It was surrounded by restaurants and kitty corner from the casino. Truly a great location. The room was average but good size with a balcony which let in fresh air and light. We would stay there again.

Dining and attractions are in close proximity to the Hotel. Parking at the hotel was good but the price for parking does not include taxes. The taxes are about 1/3 of the price you pay for parking.

Great Location
Great location for not a lot of money. Continental breakfast would have been nice. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Worth the money for being so close to the Falls.

Great Family Atmosphere
Hotel is within walking distance to the falls and most of the restaurant and souvenir stores. Room service was great and our room was clean. Hallways were quiet at night which is important for families with young children,

Do not need to park near the falls; simply purchase the 2-day bus transportation which is included in the attractions package to get to all the major attractions.
