Family vacation
The amount that I've paid $263.50 for one night is not worth it; room is smelly and location is couple of miles away from the falls.

Hopeful world traveler
Best stay of entire trip!
During our foray to Canada we stayed in three different hotels, and this was by far the best one. It is extremely family friendly; the location was both far enough, and close enough to the niagara falls; and the clean, tightly packed waterpark were all plusses. We would have stayed longer, had the price not been so jacked up on the weekend. We also loved the playground outside, and my older one enjoyed playing basketball on the court outside, so if you are driving don't forget your B-ball. There is a Wal-mart 5 minutes away where you can get all those little things you may have forgotten to bring. And don't be discouraged by the super slow check in, it is well worth the wait!!

A truly family oriented hotel
Everything about this hotel makes you want to come back. My daughters LOVED it. For the first time in years I feel like the hotel wasn't just a place to crash, where you don't enjoy any of their amenities. Here we were able to relax while watching the girls play all over the water park and then joined them on the fun. I wish this idea would spread more to other hotels.

There is a small fridge in the room, a microwave and a coffee maker, so stop by the store an pick up some food/drinks (Water). You will say quite a bit of money that way. There are also quite a few eating places near by... We loved the pizza at Papa's Pizzeria and the food from a new chinese called Magnolias.

Okay Stay
Americana is situated a little away from the bustle of the main city. Will need a car to get to any place or restaurant. The water park is on the smaller side with a couple of slide, a wave pool and a wading pool for the kids. Cleanliness was so so.

It was decent.
We came expecting it to be a snazzy and posh place, but it was quite far from the strip, in dire need of a carpet shampoo machine throughout, and quite chilly in the waterpark. I would say it was just okay. The price was quite high, parking was at a distance, and the wait to check in was long. The room was so tiny!!! However, the checkout was quick and the employees seemed nice (not as friendly as I would expect at a family tourist hotspot such as NF). All things considered, I was kind of disappointed that this was my family vacation that I have wanted for years.

NYE 2012!!
I would definitely stay at this hotel again!! We have a 1 king bed and Jacuzzi guest room and it was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a couples weekend getaway!!

Good for small kids
the staff was okay. the water park was small. this is a great place to stay if you have young children 7yrs and younger.

Great for the kids but far from the falls.
Great for the kids to swim and have a good time!! The only dislike is that its about 3 miles away from The falls. Other then that it was perfect !
