Thanksgiving get away!

The staff is great and the hotel location was PERFECT! The room was a little outdated and could use some touching up. The bed was great & very comfy. The only issue we had was parking. We had to park our truck across town due to the size of the parking lot & how it's made for VERY small vehicles. Countless restaurants and bars within shirt walking distance. The Mix in the hotel has great food & drinks. Excellent location for what we paid, we'd stay here again.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

No one serves alcohol before 11 am during the week & 1130 on weekends. Mimosas at breakfast wasn't an option! Great food pretty much anywhere you go.

Best location

One of the best locations in the Village. Rooms are on the older side with thin walls. Everything you want for food and drink is just steps away.

Weekend getaway

I've been to Whistler many times, this was first staying at Crystal Lodge. The resort is very clean, the room I had was not large by any means compared to some of the different places I've stayed in Whistler, but it was comfortable and the location was perfect, centered between the lifts and main square where the smaller market and liquor store are. Lots of restaurants choices very close by as well as shops, bike and ski rental facilities and so on. This was my girlfriends first time to Whistler and she loved everything about it including the lodge we stayed at, and that means I'd definitely stay at Crystal Lodge again.

No trip to Whistler is complete without taking the lifts to the top of the mountains, The views are remarkable and the Peak to Peak horizontal Gondola is a must see adventure.

Extra charges

When I booked thru , I didn't see any extra charges disclosed in my booking. I always look for and if I see Resort fee or Parking fee I will look at another hotel. At this time Parking fee of $22 was not shown on my reservation and when I get my room at the desk nobody disclose that either. They just show my a paper to sign and initial it. I didn'thave my glasses at the time so I discovered at check out. I told the manager at duty but he show me my initials and I got charged, never wanted to take the charge out. At any other hotel they will take the charge out of my bill. I do not mind to pay for something I use ,if is disclose at booking

ideal location in a picturesque mountain village

The location was in the middle of everything you would want to do during your vacation. You walked out the side entrance and the ski lift was at most a two minute walk.

Money-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

Everything was ideal as to location--dining,shopping,skiing,entertainment,etc.However,I thought paying $22/day to park in their garage was excessive. We parked for free in one of the ski lots and walked the 10 minutes thru the village back to the hotel.

Excellent Whistler Stay

Awesome location in Whistler Village. Excellent, spacious room. My only complaint might be that the elevators are too slow & hot. Otherwise, this place was a great stay when we went for Labor Day weekend. The staff was very helpful with suggestions on what to do, where to go, etc.
