Great location! Clean hotel, friendly staff, what more could you want?! Only stayed there for 2 nights but noticed that they drained the hot tub to clean it one of the mornings. (very good thing)

Experiencing the great white on a "Boy's" trip
Arrived to friendly reception with detail's on getting first tracks on the mountain. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Mini refridgerator and safe a plus. Parking garage below hotel kept retail car clean of resent snow falls. Ski lockers and lock were provided to keep skiing equipment from clogging up hotel room. Pool and Spa area was very clean and towels were provided just inside. Staff was acceptional. Any needs or questions were taken care of promptly. Great experiance with my two teenaged boys. Dream trip for us. Powder and Blue Bird Sky's can't ask for more.

Great low cost spot in Whistler village
We stayed here over MLK day for a long ski weekend. It was in the village - quick walk to the Whistler gondola. Hotel was clean, new-ish and had all of the basics. Nothing fancy, but perfect for an affordable ski trip in an expensive resort.

Great couple retreat
The hotel was clean, quiet, modern & had friendly helpful staff. Hartman checked us in and I do not think I have ever met a hotel employee, anywhere, who was more helpful. He suggested great restaurants and he even offered to top up our gas tanks on our motorcycles so that we could make it to Pemberton to bypass the Whistler Gas Station that is usually lined up. (He keeps a gas can in the back of his truck) The location was in the walking area of the village. They also had the cheapest parking in Whistler at $20 / night. We were on motorcycles and they let us park both bikes in one spot and did not charge per vehicle. Parking was under the hotel.

Weekend Getaway
We went to Whistler just for the weekend, with a friend from out of town. We weren't too sure about staying at Aava at first, since I've never seen it around the village and Google Maps says it's a 10 minute walk. When we got there though, the hotel exterior looked really classy. The lobby was modern and the rooms didn't disappoint us too. It was clean and had everything we needed, like a safe, a fridge and other essentials. It also had a pool and hot tub. The only thing is that the pool was kind of small, and it was very crowded for the weekend. It closes at 10pm though, so it gives you a lot of time. The village is actually just across the street from Aava. It's very accessible and gives you great value for what you pay. The staff was friendly and accommodating too.
