The hotel is situated just a short walk from the Waterfront, so it's very easy to walk everywhere across downtown from it. It is situated in an office building so the lobby is not vast and there isn't a bar or a breakfast room with people hanging there as you would find in other hotels. The rooms are clean, good size and comfortbale and so are the bathrooms. The real plus of the hotel is that it is very quiet and gives you access to a fitness center with a good gym and a very large pool with a wonderful view and terrace over Vancouver waterfront and northern shore; the fitness center also has a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Unfortunately it is not cheap, but nothing is so in Vancouver so the ratio quality-price is reasonable

Great views Excellent location Minor Cons There is something slightly odd about residents sharing the building with a hotel. Rooms were a bit generic (but well kept and clean) Elevators were quirky If you're looking to explore Vancouver then you should choose this hotel on location alone. Why would you want to be landlocked in the middle of the city when you can be close to the water and the spectacular mountain views. Excellent gym with amazing views of the water/mountains. Definitely one of the best hotel gyms I've ever been to. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. There is something quite old fashioned about the way the hotel operates, but in a very positive way. I think it had to do with the staff. They seem to have a higher level of professionalism/respect to their customers then most big chain hotels. It was refreshing experience.

The location was great. The parking garage was a bit of a pain.

I traveled to Vancouver for a quick overnight business trip. The Terminal Club was located in great area with easy access to Canada Line train service which made travel to and from airport very simple and economical at 12.00 round trip. Will book at this hotel again.

The hotel is really clean and quiet. The steam room and sauna room are awesome! You can also get a pretty nice view from the roof while enjoying the sun. One of the staff was kind of rude but the rest are very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here as an overnight during a personal trip, but the focus of this property is really the upper management business types. The food is top-notch, but the several restaurants are only open to guests & members of the Terminal City Club - est around 1900, very old-school - no one I saw was under 35 or so years old, most were possibly in their 50's. Excellent 50 meter heated pool & whirlpool, sauna, steam room, squash, etc - in the very nice part of downtown.

One of the best hotels around. Wonderful desk staff, beautiful rooms with excellent amenities. Much less expensive than the other 4 and 5 star hotels in the area.

Great location and value! The pool and fitness areas are incredible. The car check in is a bit klutzy and if you return past 11pm at night it's hard to get into the garage. Some members of the check-in staff were not very friendly or courteous at all! Would it hurt to smile a bit?!! Apparently cell phones coming into contact with the room key will disable the key, this happened three times and after returning to the front desk the guy finally says oh keep it away from your phone. That would have been helpful after the first time!!

Easy check in and check out. Perfect location for people going on a cruise and not using the cruise line high price 4 star hotels. Water view and 12th floor. Great water pressure and spotlessly clean. Upscale place in splendid location for public transportation.
