decent hotel
Nice hotel at the heart of Vancouver downtown. Couple block to Yale town for good restaurants. Parking expensive as expected. Reservation can be better as I called in prior to get me the highest floor and management ok then when the time come that was not done. Other than that for a family of four needing two bedroom suites in the heart of downtown Vancouver this hotel serves us ok.

Great location and room. No service.
Great location, and the room was clean and spacious for a family of 4. However, the facilities were dated, and there was hardly any service. it is more like an apartment, not a hotel. it is a good choice if your expectation is not high.

perfect for 3 of us
We really liked the roomy 2 bedroom suite--didn't have time to use the attractive all-window dining area. Hotel desk people went out of their way to be helpful with recommendations, directions, etc. The garage was a little difficult.
