Great stay
The Hyatt was really great. I loved the location. The canada line train station was literally right next door and made it easy to get around. Very nice decor in the lobby and a Starbuck's which was great for those early mornings. Shopping, dining, etc was around the corner. The bed was extremely comfortable, simple and clean decor in the room and we had a gorgeous view. Really great experience. Staff was very friendly and I was able to exchange my currency right at the front desk.

Parking too expensive
Initially the hotel front desk tried to charge me internet useing in the room. I told them that should be included in the package when I booked, then they said they waive the charge form me. But the parking fees are too expensive $38 per day.

Perfect location
This hotel is located next to the sky train station. It's very convenient. The hotel stuff are very friendly. They give all kinds of recommendation regarding where to eat, where to go... I ask them for good Italian restaurant near by, the nice lady gave me two choices, we checked the restaurants, both are great. One big thing I want commend about is them allow us to check out late. When we book the trip, we didn't know the Seahawks playoff game will be on that day. Luckily they allow us check out late that my boyfriend can watch the game in the hotel. That was wonderful. The whole experience are great. So, I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great location in Vancouver
The Hyatt is convienently located close to Canada Place where the cruise ships dock. It is within walking distance if you don't have a lot of luggage. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the price for use of the internet.

downtown convenience with upscale service
lovely, lovely, hotel. Short walk to the art gallery, Robson St., waterfront (and the transportation there) as well as a 10 min. walk to Stanley Park. Location can't be beat, the amenities were fine, small gym and pool, very warm hot tub on a 4th floor deck. Fun to be in the hot tub surrounded by tall buildings! Staff is unusually responsive. Wonderful concierge and bell staff; good, seasoned advice, with helpful tips and coupons. Starbucks in lobby for easy early morning tea and coffee.

Short walk from hotel
Our room had a small refig and there is an IGA three blocks away. So, we were able to eat fruit and yogurt for some breakfasts, which saved money in this expensive town.
