Nice hotel
I was surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. From the great rooms, the free parking, and a hot breakfast; I couldn't have been happier. The front desk staff were wonderful and let us check in a bit early.

Metrotown Mall, located in nearby Burnaby is fantastic. Great Asian market in the lower level.

Recommendable accommodations
Clean, comfortable room. Most of the staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was overly crowded and they did not have the famous gravy to go with the biscuits. Big disappointment.

If you must...
While the room and hotel is very clean the location leaves much to desire. The price on the high side for the location but the staff was very helpful and friendly. My problem was the soft bed and I live out of a suitcase so that doesn't work for me! The rooms could use more light as the it's rather dark even with the lights on.

secure parking
we enjoyed our two bed room. It was clean, comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the street and a decent resturant one block away. If you are going on a cruise, this is the place for you. They have a secure underground garage to park your car.
