Pleasant stay

I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is centrally located, close to the waterfront and Coal Harbour, and it is very good value for money.

Beautyful lobby, but..

the moment you enter the hotel you think I have made a great deal, but after leaving the elevator and entering your room... You think twice. It is not bad, but it is a disapointment after having seen the lobby. They have to paint and redecorate. But if you have already booked, go to the topfloor to see the views. Till that moment stay at the best western at Granville street.

Geat location!

I was surprised to find a hotel that cheap in downtown Vancouver, so I booked it. The front desk employee was really nice. I went up to my room on the 37th floor, and I could smell bleach smell on my way up there. The room had outdated furniture (although the TV was a new flat screen). The mattress was uncomfortable, and I had a shortage of pillows the whole time. The view from the balcony was amazing (you could view downtown and the harbor area). I walked everywhere I went from Stanly Park to Gastown to Yale town

it was fine

Location was pretty good. A few minutes to Denman St which has a bunch of yummy looking cafes and restaurants. Could have walked to Stanley park but it is a bit of a hike and i wanted to save my walking for inside the park. I paid for the wireless Internet but i wasn't able to find the signal.. they dpent some time trying to get it up butended up not getting it to work and refunded my money. Room was clean, bed average.

Nice Joint

Great location and a super value. Close to English Bay. Robson Street is a great place to visit. The hotel was nice. The room was comfortable having a balcony with a geat view of the harbor and North Vancouver. The room does however show its age and needed a good going over. With that exception I would defintely stay again. Cheers

good for the price.

It was okay, the TV didn't work, but it was too late to call some one,and the mattress was too hard for me. But for the price it was good. And the parking was a bargain for a hotel in a major city.
