mother daughter trip
Overall, am pleasantly surprised that it is really a comfort inn. The location is in the heart of downtown on Granville Road, a major bus route to everywhere. The room we got has 2 comfortable queen size beds, good mattress, and really fluffy pillows. Lobby and elevator is dated, the bar kinda off putting, but the staff was helpful and friendly but did not know the bus routes which is basic tourist question no.1. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Dining tip:
Long walk from hotel
Try Banana Leaf on Davie Street. Really good Malaysian cuisine, a bit pricey, dinner for 2 about $45. In Chinatown, go to New Town Bakery for their meat buns and sesame balls. Breakfast for 2 about $8. Yum.

Great location on Granville St
Got a room with a whirlpool on special with complementary parking (which already saves you lots) and loved it. The hotel is a little above average, but very clean. The beds were nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Price, Great location
My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights over our spring break. Our main goal was to get a feel for downtown Vancouver and have access to a lot of food and drink options. This hotel was a bargain and fulfilled our needs nicely. The hotel's parking lot is directly adjacent, so very convenient, but $16/night, so pretty pricey.

Great Downtown Location
We booked this hotel because of location and parking included (actually we had one car and two rooms). This is a 3 star and about perfectly executed hotel. We definitely would go there again and recommend it to others. Lots of interesting restaurants (as well as the standard fast food places), and yes, we used both categories.

Was so surprised that the sound proofing was so bad. Listened to baby crying from about 11pm till 2am one night on another night had about 4 people 2 guys and 2 girls running around on floor yelling and screaming and the guy swearing and punching walls. Not impressed by this at all and nothing was said afetr I called the front desk or on check out. All was told is they were not guests they were from the bar downstairs.

Luxury Budget
This little hotel surprised us...convenient location, simple but nice attention to luxury and detail. Very clean and fantastic staff. The room was surprising quiet although the view was not great (we were on an inside courtyard). Breakfast in a bar with people drinking at 9 a.m. was not our way to wake up!

Close to bars, restaurants, night clubs etc. Plus it's really easy to get to via public transit and the SnowBus up to Whistler stops right outside their front door.
