Great stay at the Rimrock!
Enjoyed a fantastic weekend stay in late April. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet with a great view to Rundle mountain. Dinner and service at the Primrose was excellent. The 3 course prix fixe is a great value and the restaurant has an amazing mountain view. We had had to wait a few minutes for our table, but that was because they were preparing a window seat for us - definitely worth the short wait. Did not have a chance to use the pool or spa, but walked across the street to the upper hot springs - so convenient! Valet parking service was excellent. Car was always ready on time, we were greeted professionally and were helped with moving luggage in and out of the car. The only problem was with ordering breakfast to our room. We filled out the card and left it on our door but it was not picked up. Had to go to the cafe for breakfast instead and were almost late for our conference due to waiting for the room service that never arrived. We tried room service the next morning and called in our order and it worked out wonderfully. So call in your order, don't rely on the door card. The wi-fi was intermittant at times, but we weren't using it often anyway. Would definitely stay at the Rimrock again!

The hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The room was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the mountains. I really only ate breakfast there, but is was good. I would go back again.

The shuttle service was provided free of charge from the hotel. ROAM ran approx. every 40 minutes in both directions. Very easy to get around.

Excellent facility
The Rimrock Resort Hotel was wonderful. The view from the room was awesome. The facility is beautiful. It is well maintained. The staff was delightful. They were very polite and professional. The food at the resort is very good!

This was an ideal hotel in a good location. Our room had mountain views to die for. The hotel is accross the road from the Banff hot Springs, a great spot to relax and unwind. You also get complimentary use of the public transport system showing your room key/card. Absolutely loved our stay in Banff!

Rimrock Resort -- Excellent
My experience at the Rimrock Hotel was excellent. The views are great and the service staff is top notch. The hotel has a phenomenal spa and exercise room. Much more equipment than your typical hotel gym. One downside is that unless you are in a premium room, wireless internet is $15/day.

Location...location...location
I was there for three nights with my gf for a getaway trip and the hotel was fabulous. Three minutes walk to the hot springs and five minutes walk to the gondola + complimentary bus to downtown banff makes it very convenient even without a car. We only rented a car for one day to travel to lake louise.
