Comfort Suites Paradise Island

Overall experience was fine - cant beat location and deal with Atlantis but other than that, hotel was nothing special

when i booked my ticket all i was told was about i have to pay for energy cost to stay in addition. which i thought was ridiculous. try that in the us and you will be screwed. next they added extra cost for my kid to stay and gratuity was built in ahead of the closing , which again was ridiculous. when you added all the cost put together . i should have stayed at an ALL INCLUSIVE stay . NOT again!

The experience at the Comfort Suites was great. The hotel is undergoing renovation, so few things could be missing in the rooms like mini-fridge, lights etc. However, if you contact the front desk, they take care of it immediately. The continental breakfast is good Electricity is charged @ $12.95 per day per person., maid service charges of $5.00 per day per person. This is in addition to 18.5% tax. So, the total cost of the room adds up

Husband and I Just returned from 4 night stay. Hotel was comfortable and excellent location to enjoy amenities that Atlantis has to offer. Vacation would have been perfect if not for Bahamasair. Wasted our first day trying to get there. Will NEVER fly this airline again.

This hotel was in a great location, breakfast was great, the only thing that sucks is all of the extra fee's! I had to pay an extra 200 bucks for maids fees, taxes, etc. Other than that it is great! Definitely take advantage of the waterpark at Atlantis!!!

the hotel is fine, and the location is fine, its just that once we got there, the hotel started making up fees at check in. i.e. -energy fee - gratuity fee etc. Just when I thought I paid for the whole trip, I arrive and find out I have to pay for electricity. And, once you are there, your not going to turn around and go back to the states... so they know they got you... whats next, gas bill? pool maintenance fee? staff smiling fee?

The Comfort Suites are an incredible value as for $200 you get to live literally 30 seconds away from the Atlantis complex (if you exit through the back door), 1 minute away from the Marina Village (a fun place to visit) and 10 minutes away fromt the One and Only resort (if you want to visit the James Bond Casino Royale movie set). Rooms however - despite being quite large, clean and well equipped - have no special feel to them. Cheap furniture, an empty fridge with no mini bar, plastic chairs and no carpet within the room (just tiles). Can't really complain for $200. The breakfast and access to pool is also included. As it is a free scuba diving lesson on select days...

My friends and I stayed at Comfort suites for four days, the staff was helpful &pleasant. The location was ideal, walking distance to the atlantis resort and the fact that we had access everyday of our trip made our vacay better. We had intial planned to stay at a budget hotel in Nassau, the extra cost worked out to our advantage. My friend was most impressed with housekeeping, each day we would return to our room which was immmaculate. As we Jamaicans Say big up Comfort Suites Inn! Great Job!

This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and amenable, and the location could not be beat. You could stay for less and get most of the perks at the famous Atlantis Hotel. I do think they should have a printer so you can print out your boarding passes. The continental breakfast was exactly what you would expect (not a fan of CB). It was close to shopping at Marine Village and not far from the downtown area. I would stay again.

overall, was pleased with stay even though you could not use halls because they were repainting and fixing the trim in them. but was alittle surprised when received bill that had an extra $26 per day charge for electricity. fee should be added to price of room and not added on unexpectedly at end of stay. probably would have been just as expensive to stay in atlantis after they added $10 a day room servive gratuity and electricity fees.
