Food, crowded
The food it's expensive, and it was packed on July 4th. It's hard to find a beach chair, you just have to be there early to find one. Otherwise, it's worth of money. The hotel, pool, water slides and the beach are well maintained. The beach tower is not that far from all the activities, it's only 10 mins walk. The hotel is very kids friendly.

very good
except, I booked a trip that included $ 400. worth of discount vouchers, for sushi and tequila and golf, none of which we could use when I asked conceirge if I could redeem for a much less value $ 30. spa credit , he stated, "No," and would not discuss it any further.I didn't think it was alot to ask I was trading in a $ 400. voucher for $ 30. spa credit since I spent over $ 3000. on my trip and it happened to be mothers day.

extra nice hotel !
We were here for 5 nights at a very busy time...Spring break. The staff was very helpful right away, and the room was a nice size...even for 3 adults! Got a roll -away bed with no problem or cost. Room was clean, bright, and had everything we needed. A fairly short walk to all the ameninties at Atlantis. Would stay here again, for sure!! We didn't have a great view, but who cares when the ocean is a few steps away!

Dining tip:
Short walk from hotel
If the cost of all the restaurants at Atlantis are too high (and they are)...walk across the street to a VERY nice place, Anthony's, and save a lot of money!
