Riu Palace Aruba All Inclusive

RIU was beautiful. Beautiful beach, facilities, bars, rooms, restaraunts, everyting was great. The only complaint I have was the bed was very very hard.

The Riu Palace is one of the most impressive looking hotels in Aruba. The massive pool and beach area is one of the best I've experienced. The restaurants and buffets were excellent. My husband and I had a very relaxing vacation. The staff could have been a bit friendlier.

Went down to RIU Aruba with two college daughters on break. Hotel was great, and unlike other all inclusives you can get off the compound and enjoy local dining and shopping. Plenty of security around, hotel located in Palm Beach on row of hotels connected either by sidewalk along the beach or sidewalk in front of Hotels. Check out awesome bar to right of RIU called Bigaloe for great margaritas and music!

From the minute we got out of the taxi, the hotel staff and service was great. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly and accomidating. The hotel room was spacious and had a great view of the ocean. Our only complaint was the door to our room was cracked and we had called the front desk to check on it, and we never heard anything else from them. It did lock and function well, it was just annoying. The beach was beautiful and the pool, equally as nice. The food at each of the four restaurants and the buffet were excellent.

The Riu was a great vacation spot. The room was like no other. I was very surprised when we first opened the door, very clean and neat.The food was great,alot to choose from. Large pool,clean beach. We will be going back to the Riu hopefully next year. Also no problems with Jet Blue. Overall a great vacation..

The RIU wonderful hotel with very good food for an AI. Staff was friendly and the overall resort was beautiful

Upon arrival we checked-in and went to our room only to find that it was already occupied. We returned to the desk and they assigned us another room. We went to this room to find that it was also occupied. I demanded an upgrade to an oceanview room, which the hotel made good on. The beach was spacious and well-maintained. The pool was very nice. The food at the restaurants, while not gourmet, was very good. The best places for dinner were Nautilus and Krystal by far. This Riu seemed to be missing some of the more ornate details of other Riu Palaces (i.e. Cancun) however the facility was always kept very clean and looked nice. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would return.

The RIU Palace was beyond my expectations. The food, service and location were fabulous. The Krystal restaurant was suberb. The spa was great. Service was outstanding and we would go back in a minute.

This is one of the most pleasant stays we ever had. The service was great and the choice of dining was fabulous. When service was requested it was answered by the staff almost immediately. The pool area was never crowded and the drink service at he pool was at your beckon call with friendly people who were more then happy to bring whatever drink you requested. The lounges in the pool water were our favorite. The selection of food in the buffet was outstanding without the standard buffet atmosphere, cloth tablecloths, champange for breakfast, special made cappuccino, and some days a special theme highlighted the food being served. We have stayed in Aruba before and the Palm Beach area is the place to be.

We spend a week on Riu Palace Aruba. Everything was perfect - the water, dining, amenities, stuff, service. The only one negative is smell when you are getting in the room, when in the room it is fine. I would highly recommend this hotel to a friend.
