MVC Eagle Beach

MVC Eagle Beach is basic, clean, and in a great location across from one of the best sunbathing/swimming beaches in Aruba. The rooms are small and basic, but come with a King Size bed and are clean. The pool is more of a wading tub than anything else, but with the beach directly across the street, who cares. The beach is beautiful - white sand, gentle surf and not overly crowded. Perfect for relaxing, but not so great for partying (though a 5-10 minute walk north will get you to an area of the beach where you can get that). The restaurant is a great deal, very good food at reasonable prices. Staff is very very friendly and will help with reservations, excursions, and recommendations. Overall MVC Eagle Beach is a clean basic inexpensive hotel in a quiet location that offers a great alternative to the commercialized high rise area in Aruba.

My fiance and I stayed here for four nights. All staff members were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and in an awesome location (beach across the street, great scuba shop around the corner, lots of restaurants in walking distance, and a bus stop directly in front for when we got tired of walking). Our room had one comfy king size bed, a large mini-fridge, a desk, a closet, and a bathroom with a clothesline for damp swimsuits and a shower (no tub, soap provided but no shampoo). Breakfast was not included with the room, but there was breakfast available at the hotel restaurant for a very minimal fee. It was a European style continental with coffee, OJ, fruit, croissants, jam, bread, sliced ham and cheese, hard boiled eggs and yogurt. Overall, great experience for us and a great deal!

The beach is beautiful and quiet except on Sunday when the locals come. The hotel is very clean and the staff is so helpful. It doesn't have all the amenities like the more expensive chains, but at less than half the price it is a great value.

This hotel is in the perfect location away from the crowds in Palm Beach but is walking distance (2 mile) to Palm Beach or a few minute bus ride. It is across the street from the perfect stretch of beach. The hotel staff are very friendly and our room was always spotless. The room is basic but does include a small refrigerator and free wifi. (works only from balcony or patio area since room is concrete walls). We stayed here for 10 nights and loved it. This is a hidden gem and great value.

The hotel is small but the staff are friendly and very helpful.We stayed ther because it was a short walk to the Aruba Beach Club where my daughters and mother were staying.

If you need to be pampered, this is not the place for you. If you just want a nice clean room in a great location, then this IS the place for you! The room was basic. Just a king bed, bathroom, TV, A/C, mini-fridge, desk, armoire, and that's about it. It was very nice though. It is a small hotel and very quiet. Great for relaxing and reading. Also the Tulip restaurant is one of the best around with the most reasonable prices. The beach is right across the street, but it's not a highly-traveled road. Just 1 or 2 cars per minute pass by, so it's no problem at all. You should definitely rent a car in Aruba. Parking is plentiful and free and car rentals are very reasonable. About $35/day for a compact car. Don't bother with a scooter, bicycle, or public transit. They all seem like more trouble than they're worth when renting a car is so cheap and easy.

MVC EAGLE BEACH is a cozy, quiet, hotel located across from the best beach in Aruba! The friendly staff were like "family", the service couldn't have been better! The room was comfortable, and spotless! The only thing it could have used was a coffee maker, although the restaurant there had great coffee! We enjoyed our stay and can't wait until our next visit there!

Hotel was clean, spacious and hotel staff were great. Beds have clean white linen, rooms are equipped with a good size mini-fridge, safe, TV, AC unit and free wifi access. Closet space decent size, but there's a desk with 4 drawers as well. The pool is tiny and not really useful when you have a gorgeous beach just steps away! Breakfast is USD $8.50 but isn't great...just some fruit, cereal, bread pastries, cold cuts and cheese and hard boiled eggs. The beach in front of this property is just stunning! It's peaceful and the sand feels like baby powder! The front desk and staff are very friendly and always willing to help you with whatever you need.

This is definitely a great place to stay. I have read previous reviews about the staff's friendliness and its true! The staff was very professional, polite and helpful . The hotel staff is great. The accommodations are basic but clean and comfortable. This is a definite 'go' for the budget minded traveler. The only caveat is that the restaurant food is very expensive but it's actually about the same price as the other hotel restaurants in the Low Rise Beach area. Speaking of location, the hotel has convenient free parking in the back and is literally across the street from the beach. The Low Rise Beach area is less crowded than the High Rise Beach area which is located about 2 miles away I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the "Marine Club" at Eagle Beach. Although a two-star hotel, rooms are spacious, ours had a very good king-size bed, and good, clean bathroom facilities. The staff makes you feel very welcome. We can recommend having dinner at the restaurant. Eagle Beach is just across the road and has fine white sand and is not too crowded. We will definitely stay here again on our next stay in Aruba. Vi kunne godt lide MVC - det syntes mere end en to-stjerne hotel. Værelser er store, med en rigtig god stor seng, og dejlig badeværelse. God service, god mad - vi kan anbefale restauranten or baren. Stranden er lige på den anden side af vejen, med fantastisk hvid fint sand. Kan varmt anbefales
