Great hotel in paradise

We loved the Radisson Aruba Resort and cannot wait to come back to this lovely hotel in paradise! We came down for the wedding of some dear friends and it was simply beautiful in every way. The accommodations were top-notch and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is also in close walking proximity to many great restaurants and shops which was convenient being that we had no rental car. We highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to come back. We didn't want to leave!

Why would you go anywhere else?

From the moment we got there, we loved the place. The staff is super friendly. The room was super clean and well appointed. The staff is out of this world. The beach is beautiful and the pool is perfect for the kids. We found our favorite vacation place and look to come back here as often as possible.

Outstanding

Everything at the resort was awesome. The pool, the room, the staff, the bar staff were all professional and friendly. We are already looking at booking our next trip. We have been to Aruba 11 times now and our favorite hotel so far was the Raddison. Thank you.......Mr Pieron

Time of our life

Each time I think about it I smile from ear to ear. I love telling people about the hotel and staff and how they make us feel like royalty. We went twice this year and will be doing the same next year. Can't wait to see all the people again that we will now call friends!

Enjoy the beach early in the morning and don't waste your $ on a beachfront room because you will not be in the room that much. Although the rooms are terrificly sweet!

Amazing honeymoon

We loved our hotel location- it has the best stretch of beach of all the high rise hotels on that side in our opinion. We didn't feel like we had to wake up every day at 6 am on vacation to fight over reserving a palapa which was good. And we saw amazing sunsets there. Beach wasn't overly crowded. Staff was great and helpful. Rooms kept very clean. We did the upgraded plaza club which I would recommend. Saved us a lot of money daily for breakfast and lunch while providing us the conveinence to explore town for dinner as opposed to an all inclusive resort. Tons of places to go right across the street on the strip. The piano bar was our favorite! Cabs ways waiting out front for you also if going further away. Only complaint was the hotel was dead at night. Nothing going on at all!!! A little disappointing. But we would be back! We loved Aruba!!!!!

Great Aruba Vacation

Beautiful resort. It is beside the pier where we scuba dive and there are many restaurants within walking distance to the Radisson. The on restaurants on property are great too. One night the chef made me 2 Aruban sides (funchi and pan bati) that I had asked about the night before. That was special. This was our second time staying here and it won't be the last.

Great Trip!

This was our first trip to Aruba and the Radisson did not disappoint. Staff was very friendly and helpful, we thought our room was a little too small and they switched us right away for a bigger one. Rooms were clean, all pretty close to the pool and beach. You can rent your beach palapa the day before so you don't have to get up too early to go to the beach (as long as you put your towel down by 10). One thing I did not like, which we weren't told about, is one day during our visit the cruise ships came in and all the people from the boat rented beach umbrellas on our beach. There were about 2 rows of popup umbrellas in front of the nice palapa we rented, which blocked the ocean view, and the beach was very crowded and loud. It soft of ruined our morning but they left by lunch time.. They did however leave all their trash so the beach was a mess for the rest of the day. Other than that the hotel is lovely and centrally located across the stress to good dining as well as fast food and bars. The only things I found about the hotel to be a little subpar, which is why the review isn't 5 stars: breakfast was not good (might be better if you go off the property), drinks were not strong you needed a few piƱa coladas, and as expected the hotel convenience store was wildly priced ($5 for an ice cream cone), but those are all little things and didn't really take away from out wonderful time there

old, tired and up for sale

You can tell when a company doesn't care anymore and we understood once we started talking to the taxi drivers. The hotel is either up for sale or in the process of being sold. Food is terrible and the lobby is from 1959...really, no kidding. If you must go, get the Club level rooms. One shinning star, the staff was wonderful especially Kimberley at the concierge
