Great time at the Radisson

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary by heading to Aruba. We were very pleased with the Radisson especially the beach area. It definitely has the best beach of all the resorts near by. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool area is expansive so it never felt crowded. There is also a nice selection of restaurants to choosse from. One of the nights we were there they had a manager's reception at the ourside bar with free wine, beer or rum punch and food samples. It wasn't just one drink either to our great surprise! Also, we were very close to a variety of shops and restaurants with just a short walk acroos the street If we head to Aruba again the Radisson will definitely be our resrot ft choice!

One of the best in Aruba

The Radisson is a wonderful resort hotel with one of the best beaches in Aruba. The rooms were outstanding, particularly the Plaza Club rooms. The staff was very helpful. The spa and fitness center were outstanding as well. Couldn't have asked for more.

Short gettaway to Aruba

My wife and I stayed at the Radisson for 5 nights. Since we flew in early our rooms were not ready and had to wait for a couple of hours. Check in is usually 4pm but we were able to get our room at 3:30pm. We went to one of the restaurants at the hotel to grab lunch. The food was reasonably priced and pretty tasty. The room was a partial ocean view, very spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable, AC worked well and the bathroom hand plenty of space as well. The pools were clean and large and the beach was just amazing. I would definitly stay there again, great place to stay.

Excellent place to rest and relax

The hotel is right on the beach and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The staff is very friendly. We were upgraded to an ocean view room. Their free palapa reservation system worked very well for us. They even sent us a surprise cake for my birthday. On my next visit I am definitely staying there again.

Great Location, great access

Excellent value for a 4-star resort. Close to excellent restaurants of all price ranges. We walked to McDonalds for breakfast and had great meals for lunch and dinner at Radisson's restaurants as well as many restaurants within walking distance in very lively and safe Palm Coast area. Only had a small problem with billing error upon departure, but Radisson quickly removed the incorrect charge. Overall a great place that I intend to return to someday soon.

Perfect for all

In advance of travelling with my elderly Mum, I sought advice from Aruba Tourism who suggested the Radisson would be ideal for our needs. They were so right. Hotel was in fantastic position on beautiful Palm Beach, opposite many excellent restaurants (as the hotel doesn't offer all inclusive option). Hotel staff were all genuinely nice and couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect in every way.

Not bad but could have been better

Initial standard room received was overlooking an ugly roof even though the site described the room we booked to have a garden view. We asked for a different room and after some unnecessary resistance we were given a different standard room which did have a nice garden view. The problem with this room however was that it had a double door which connected to the room next door, which in turn forced us to hear every word the couple next door were saying and I am sure they could hear us too. Overall, the room was clean. Staff could have been friendlier and more attentive for a hotel with such good reputation.

Best by far

For one thing,,,, Aruba is a fantastic place to go, and the Radisson hotel makes it that much better. We have been going since 1994. When we take friends or family with us, they all return just like my wife and I are doing. The staff at the Radisson make the trip. They are by far the most nicest people you will ever meet at a hotel. They always acknowledge you by name. The place is always kept spotless and the beach is perfect. We have been going twice a year for the past eight years and never had one bad moment. Always come home refreshed and happy and can't wait to go back.
