Hailing from Waterloo, Iowa, Adam DeVine followed the footsteps of many other entertainment hopefuls and moved to Los Angeles. He jumped into the waters of sketch comedy with several friends when they banded together to perform as a group called Mail Order Comedy, touring the country and promoting themselves through Myspace and YouTube. After years of devotion to their craft, Adam DeVine and his colleagues created and starred in Workaholics for Comedy Central. He racked up appearances in several notable comedy TV shows, but it was his role in Pitch Perfect that garnered him national attention. Since then he's acted in blockbusters like Neighbors, The Intern, and Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates, as well as held a recurring role on the smash-hit TV series Modern Family. Adam DeVine hosts his own show over at Comedy Central, Adam DeVine's House Party, and tours the country spreading laughter with his stand-up show.
