The UFL now officially has their logo, and with revamp of rules and regulations the UFL are on their way to a strong comeback in 2012. New regulations say that there will no longer be penalties imposed for any player who jumps into the NFL or CFL. This was one issue that created some of the financial woes for the UFL.
