Nice Condos, Customer Service Lacking

We went in the off-season, which meant a nice and quiet evening--a little too quiet, as there was no television service in ... the room. The gas fireplace was also not operational. I understand that upgrades to cable, etc. are best done in the off-season, but no one told us beforehand and the price did not reflect the missing amenities. Night desk clerk was not helpful or accommodating, only saying that it was a privately owned condo and that we were out of luck. The clerk who was on duty the next morning was professional and courteous.

If you want a true ski in/ski out experience, this is the place. The hot tubs are right under the lifts. Every room has ... locker space on the first floor of the lodge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When our garbage disposal acted up on Thanksgiving day, the maintance staff was RIGHT there. The heated underground garage is worth SO much.
