From the airport, follow signs to I-95 South, to Route 4 South (exit 9 - Newport/Narragansett, a left hand exit) which turns into Route 1. At the curve Route 1 begins. Take first right-hand exit Route 138 east/Jamestown and Newport. Stay on Route 138 to go over Jamestown Bridge and Newport Bridge (TOLL BRIDGE $2.00). TAKE FIRST EXIT AFTER THE NEWPORT BRIDGE (DOWNTOWN/SCENIC NEWPORT), AT STOP SIGN TAKE A RIGHT ONTO FAREWELL STREET. GO TO SECOND LIGHT, TAKE A RIGHT ONTO AMERICA'S CUP AVENUE. Unbeatable location for the price.

The hotel was right in the middle of all the action. The hotel itsself was basic with a nice kitchen in it. IT would have ... been nice if the sliding door opened all the way instead of having the screen nailed down. Newport itself was very relaxing

Excellent location (right on the water.) In the middle of a great resort. The room was big, with a living room, kitchen, etc. ... Microwave, refridg, iron, coffee maker, dishes, kitchen towels, silverware, etc. Great! The staff was extremely helpful. All in all, one of the best hotels I have stayed at.
