There was confusion regarding reservations. My room was booked by the hotel on the second night for another guest while I had ... received confirmation for 3 night in a row. The water was turned off overnight on the second night making it necessary for me to switch rooms, all this without previous notification. I was awaken to do the switch.

This new hotel is a small size but is very well located, excellent and amiable service, very business friendly with the ... cafeteria and patio, free WIFI. The rooms are all new with complete bathroom kit. The bed is first quality you wont have a problem sleeping here. Very good windows with noise isolation. Cant beat the price!

The hotel although small was nice,clean,and secure. Walking distance from the gardens, museums, and very close to zona rosa ... district. The staff with the exception of one of the front desk girls were very was friendly and attentive.

Cozy boutique hotel in the heart of the financial district in Mexico City. Perfect for business travelers looking for a no ... frills, affordable option to more expensive hotels in the area (i.e. Fiesta Americana). Super clean rooms, nice cafeteria/bar, the friendliest staff I've met in years and an unbeatable price.

some of the staff was very unfriendly, refuse to give the continental breakfast that was suppose to be included on the ... charges, make sure that you have all information of that page printed before you book!the bathroom was very dirty especially around the toilet bowl.
