Cute hotel... one of three staff members were friendly. Room was typical. Beds ROCK HARD. Rough sleep, woke up sore. They ... stated they served hot breakfast, but it ended up being wet scrabbled eggs and dried store bought french toast sticks. Went to Hill Top for breakfast instend. Save the extra $20 and stay some where else.

Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Great location and area. Staff are very helpful and attentive. I love the view from ... the hotel. Nice neighborhood to jog or walk in the morning. We enjoyed the area, Springerville, the lakes, the scenic routes. Price was reasonable compared to other places I have been at.

Staff was very friendly and was very helpful with information around the area. A bit noisy. Breakfast was a hot style, better ... then the common Contintental, 1 night stay to get out of the desert heat and traveled with a pet. If you have no pets I think there are better options for the money!

The Woodland Inn and Suites was cute and a good stay for the price. Breakfast was nice since it was more than just the ... standard continental. Rooms were clean and a good size, but a little outdated. The refrigerator was a nice touch. Beds were a little hard. Staff was super friendly.
