Great continental breakfast with eggs and bacon and waffles! I loved it! I stayed here while visiting Savannah GA and was only 20 minutes away from the historic downtown section. Comfortable Rooms
Restless Near Savannah Jul 28, 2009
My goal was to get away and relax and this was a convenient location to do just that. There are severeal restaurants near ... by, but there isn't much else to do. Members of the staff were very helpful in giving directions, however, anything off of the main strip (Augusta Rd/GA 21) was a nightmare to find. Therefore, I only travelled to restaurants found along Augusta Road. I never did find any outside entertainment. I stayed in and watched the free television stations.

There are several restaurants within a short driving distance along Augusta Rd/ GA 21. Applebees isn't far, but the restaruants are mostly fast food chains including two McDonald's.

Take a Ghost Tour with Old Savannah Tours and a harbor tour on a riverboat. Avoid the Chart House restaurant on River Street, way over-priced for average food. Tapas restaurant in Central Market was great little place for lunch. Spent fun day at Tybee Beach, worth the 45 minute drive.

--Teach, WR, GA May 10, 2009
Find a parking place early in the historic section of Savannah. Street parking is free after 6 pm. Take one of the bus tours to get a lay of the city ($10-25), we found the $10 driver to be less than well infomed of cities history.
