Great Hotel, Great Price, Great Staff

This was a fantastic room, big clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was above and beyond. I had to ... leave quickly one morning and when I came back my shoes were placed nicely on the floor and my pj's were folded on the bed. I felt safe and would stay again.

This is a good value hotel in an excellent location, with good facilities and well equipped rooms. The only criticism I can ... find is that the reception staff were so distracted by other activities both at check in and check out that they barely could find time to attend to me (or at least that's how it felt).

Good Hotel at a good price

Hotel was vey quiet at night which made for good sleeping. Nearby plane noise was not an issue. Only the room doors closing ... rather hard as people came and went made the hotel seem noisy. I also heard some moaning noises occasionally on a few of the mornings from the room next to mine which would indicate less than sufficient soundproofing. Rooms were cleaned pretty good and the staff was friendly. Indoor hot tub was down for repairs. Breakfast was adequate.... I would stay here again !

i stayed here for 6 days with 3 other friends and 2 of their babies. the staff was very helpful making sure we had all we ... needed. incredibly convenient to the airport. shuttle available but we did not need it for this trip. breakfast was great and filling which was very important as we were there for a convention and we did not get back to the hotel before 9pm any of the nights. and when we did get back the room was always made up, replenished, and very clean. the staff was very friendly. for every trip to nashville i plan on going right back to that hotel.
