The staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is very quiet and extremely clean and has very good access from the ... interstate. The complimentary breakfast was very good with good variety of hot and cold foods. The coffee machine and juice fountain were always on. The rooms are very large and the beds are extremely comfortable.

We went for a quick trip to Six Flags and the location was great. The room was clean and it was nice having breakfast ... provided. The staff was extremely helpful with suggesting places to eat and giving directions. We go to Six Flags every year during fall break and we will def. stay here again. They do have a pool, hot tub and exercise facility but we didn't have an opportunity to use those so I can't comment on those.

The first night we were there, the a/c in our room was half way working. Our room was right over the pool, and it was so ... noisy, we could not go to sleep. They changed our room on the second night, but it was still right next to the pool. The staff was rude, and it seemed like they were doing us a favor anytime they helped us. There are no nice restaurants near the hotel, and the only food that can be delivered is pizza. However, the hotel is within a ten minute walking distance to Six Flags.

Great place to stay if your planning a Six Flags trip. Breakfast in the morning and the walk to Six Flags is nice because you ... save on parking, etc. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. After a long day at Six Flags we relaxed in the hot tub and asked for recommendations for food delivery and were extremly pleased with their recommendation! We will definately stay here again and are already planning another trip! GOOD JOB!

The hotel is at a great location if the primary purpose of your trip is to visit Six Flags; we could walk back to our room ... quiker than trying to find our vehicle in the parking lot. The hotel was also only 15 minutes from any other major attraction, such as the aquarium, zoo, or coca-cola factory. Downfall, although we got a cheaper rate going through Orbitz, I was not impressed with the accomodations in the room for the price, especially when the hotels right next door were cheaper.

Don't waste your time if you are planning to take your family to the Atlanta Underground - most definitely a place for younger adults.

We went to Atlanta to visit a couple of museum exhibits. The Hotel was about 15 miles away from everything, which would have ... been great, but traffic was horrible. This is my only complaint (which the hotel cannot help). Otherwise this was a great hotel for the price. Six flags was not operating so there was not a crowd (a plus). Staff was friendly, and the hotel was very clean. All in all a great stay.

If I-20 is backed up going toward Atlanta, go South one or two exits and you can find lots of dining and shopping. We decided to just try to find ourselves around - big mistake, couldn't find anything. This is only good advice if you are starving and cannot get to Atlanta.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Wingate. It was 5 minutes walking distance to Six Flags and with all of the amenities it ... made our first trip to this park even more enjoyable. The breakfast was good and had variety from day to day. The business center only had one computer but it was high speed. The indoor jacuzzi is very large and felt great after walking through Six Flags and the workout room had a nice selection of machines. We have already recommended the Wingate!

This is the best choice for anyone who wants to be both near Six Flags AND have a decent place to stay in. The rooms are ... nice, comfortable and clean, the hotel is reasonably attractive and clean, and a full breakfast buffet is free every morning. Sometimes it's a little noisy in the lobby because of all the kids, but it is right next door to Six Flags. Literally, it's a 2-3 minute walk to the park. Free computer and internet also.

The Georgia Aquarium and the High Museum of Art are each about a 15-20 minute drive into Atlanta--but get good directions!
