Old, dirty, smelled really bad like animal urine. We will never go back. The male staff is rude. And could not supply a ... receipt for our rooms.

I was very unsatisfied with the cleanliness and upkeep of the Windsor Inn Lake Havasu. The room sheets had blood on them, the ... sheets were not changed after I complained and asked the front desk to have new ones delivered so we slept with none that night. The carpet was very dirty and stained, tiles/grout was filthy, and walls looked like they were rotting in areas, and maid service was only performed one time in a seven-day stay. The pool and spa were well maintained however, and the maintenance man was very pleasant!

The staff and management was very courteous and helpful. Wish the rooms had some upkeep to them. Mattresses were riddled with ... cigarette burns, TV remote buttons were stuck and didn't work, covering the room door were mosquitoes and knats, and the supplied soap bars broke as you handled the packaging. Other than that, the air conditioner worked GREAT and parking was not a problem even with the boat trailers.
