In an effort to keep Wet ‘n Wild - Orlando top-notch for your future visit, between the months of September and March, there may be certain rides that are closed due to annual maintenance. Please call one week prior to your visit for a list of rides that may be closed during your visit. The contact information will appear on your voucher. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Redemption Instructions
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email linking to a voucher. You must print and present this voucher at the guest service window located at the front entrance. You must present your picture I.D. to redeem the voucher (no exceptions).

Cancellation Rules
Attractions and services are non-cancelable. A Voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations of a Voucher will be granted once Voucher has been issued. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used attractions or services. Availability and pricing for an attraction or service are subject to change without notice.
